Change of POV: 3rd POV

-City of Orario, the Dungeon City-

Outside the Hostess of Fertility.

A heavy rain befall the city of Orario, yet just outside the Hostess of Fertility, a Figure stood, drenched in rain.

A lone figure stood in the heavy rain, clad in nothing but black cloak over their body. Revealing nothing to the world and it's wonders.

One can only assume from the small glimpses they can notice.

Slim figure, with height of about 160+ cm's. An average height.

But due to cloak, their entire body is hidden from anyone who might have been curious about their appearance, especially when it comes to their face.

But, anyway, due to heavy rain, no one is outside right now, everyone is in their prospective shelters.

From houses, Church, Hotels and Taverns.

And Familia's Mansions.

And suddenly, figure moved. Shaking of the rain off their shoulders.

Figure shook it's head and walked up towards the bar, and placed their right hand on the doors.

As if contemplating if they should or should not take the the stop further, but that movement revealed their right hand.

Revealing a clawed-leather gloves. And small portion of their skin, revealing they are wearing something with short sleeves under that cloak.

And just when they were about to push the doors.

A sudden breath of hot air escaped from their mouth.

They sighed. " I still can't believe that this is not a dream." A soft, sharp and youthful voice left their lips, clearly feminine too.

Probably belonging to a young woman or maybe a teen girl who is just about to enter their 'age'.

Revealing the figure to be a woman.

If we go by voice at the very least that is.

She steeled her own will, and pushed the doors open, before entering the bar, but not before closing the doors behind her, as proper etiquette calls for.

'I wasn't one to care about etiquette in my home, but is not my home.' A silent though trailed her mind for but a moment.

After all, no matter where you are, from where you were from, a polite etiquette is polite etiquette and something that people should certainly adhere to, but they aren't obliged to either.

As she closed the doors, she turned around on her heels and her eyes moved back and forth between the people in the tavern.

As she turned around, a soft clank was heard from her feet, revealing her option for shoes to be some time of boots.

She noticed a dozen or so people in the tavern, but no one really paid attention to her at all, they were too focused on their own duties.

Such as drinking beers along with wine left and right.

Gossiping too.

People from eating and drinking. Clanking their full glasses with beer and wine, almost too filled with alcohol.

To people drinking and joking. Jokes from dark humor to light ones, if you concentrate enough you could hear few of them, if you care enough.

To Adventurers who just finished their trials in the dungeon and enjoying cold yet finest beers in the city, or simply a breather to sit and chat with their friends.

Or some unlucky ones who just decided to take a shelter from the rain, just like the cloaked woman did.

But she didn't pay them much mind beside the first thoughts she had and few glances she gave them, before she moved towards the bar.

She silently walked forward, towards the bar.

Her footsteps light, did made contact with the floor, but unusually quiet.

Too quiet, some might say or...

Complain about.

Her footsteps were like that of..

Like that of an experienced Assassin or a Hunter, circling their prey coupled with years of experience.

Quit, and precise yet fast and light.

Something that would have been engraved in their bodies, after years of usage.

A body memory.

Perhaps, a body memory of highest order?

As she walked, some people spared her a glance or two, but no one did really care.

To them, she just appears to be another poor soul caught in the rain, since they didn't even manage to catch a single glimpse of her face hidden under that heavy cloak.

After all, for them, she appears of zero interest at this moment.

But there is almost always an exception, no matter the case.

With exception of one person actually paying attention to her.

That is, with the exception of an older woman, just cleaning mugs on the other side of the bar, as her eyes narrowed.

A half-dwarf woman, barely recognized to be a half-dwarf due to her strong jaw and strong muscles, not to forget her own height..

Despite being a half dwarf, it's obvious that her height of packing 180cm is derived from her Human genetics.

Her race aside, the unknown and cloaked woman would fill that role better than the middle-aged woman, at least by height standard.

The Half-dwarf woman, is older woman in her 50s, with long brown hair styled in a bun, with two strands of hair on both sides of her face. With brown yet sharp and calculative eyes. Yet despite her age 'supposed in 50s' no one would dare to say that in her face.

And she has dangerous eyes too.

An eyes of seasoned warrior.

She is wearing a classic waitress uniform, an older model that reminds people of Maids, with white apron. While dress itself is of brown color.

Compared to other second-class Adventurers filling the Tavern right now, she is a retired 6th Level Adventurer, a First-Class Adventurer even in Top-Of-The-Class-Itself.

At least in current Era, but in Era of Zeus and Hera Familias?

She would have been just average Adventurer in their Familias.

And currently, her experienced gut instinct born from dozens of Dungeon Expeditions, hundreds of battles against other Adventurers and monsters acted.

It told her, in deep feeling.

A simple yet dangerous fact, which almost threatened her own nerves to crush the mugs she is just cleaning.

That the cloaked person in front of her is dangerous.

And for Level 6 Adventurer to consider you a dangerous individual? Well..

It is self-explanatory.

Just in time, as cloaked woman arrived near the bar.

As cloaked woman stood next to the bar, she quickly took off the wet cloak covering her body.

Better not wear it if it's not mandatory right now, otherwise catch cold or something even more dangerous is possible.

With the action of taking off her coat, the unknown woman revealed her identity.

Revealing her face and body.

Wearing something like sleeveless green-dress with black outlines, with dress ending with a small mini-skirt. A simple dress, yet unique in colors.

And for her foot-wear, she is wearing unique blend of stocking and boots, so large that stockings end above her knees, almost acting as tights if they were just a bit larger.

Black-Feather like clawed gloves covering her hands.

Lean, yet fit body and attractive body.

Yet, despite her voice sounding much more mature, her body appears to be in her late teens.

Perhaps 18-19 if you really high-ball her age at best.

As for her facial appearance, her face is certainly beautiful and attractive. Certainly eclipsing a lot of other women in Orario.

Coupled with sharp gleaming like emerald eyes, and long blonde hair reaching her waist with green bangs.

Along with two yet very interesting looking pair of cat-like or more Lion-like ears on top of her head.

And of course, a long blonde-furred tail from her behind.

She certainly could pass off as a 'Cold Beauty' or model if she ever wanted to.

She quickly sat down on the nearby seat.

Mia Grande Shook her head at those thoughts and instead decided to serve the young woman in front of her like any other customer before and after her she would have served and will serve.

"Welcome to Hostess of Fertility! I don't recognize your face so you must be new to Orario?" Mia Grande spoke, as she paused. " And I can brag about remembering every single Adventurer's face in Orario." Her eyes trailed towards the green bow strapped across the cat-like woman's shoulder.

"Or perhaps you are from outside of Orario and wishing to become an Adventurer?" She inquired in simple curiosity, that is all.

And she would be right, if not every single Adventurer, then at least those worthy remembering on Level 2 and beyond, she certainly remembered.

In response the other young woman shook her head. " I'm not from Orario, I just arrived. I was hoping if you have a free room to rent, and a dinner?" An unknown accent too, Mia Grande can't certainly remember anyone with such similar tone..

But..

A simple order and request it seem.

Mia Grande only hummed to response, before crouching down below the bar, and taking out a key. " Here, Room Number-2 is free, 1,000 Valis Per Night, they don't come with meals, you need to order them separately."

And, she turned towards the back, before picking up a small paper, then throwing it towards the younger woman who caught it. "That's menu, it has prices and meals listed on it."

The younger woman nodded, as she listed through the paper, before finding a familiar meal. " I'll have bacon with eggs please." She said as she returned the menu towards the half-dwarf who nodded and took it.

She turned sharply, back towards the small window behind the bar and shouted. " May! A standard Eggs and Bacon meal!" Nothing special nor extravagant, Mia Grande noted.

Reply came a second late, swift and soft.

"Yes, Mama! Coming straight up!" The young and feminine voice replied from the other side quickly.

Change of POV: Unknown Woman.

I closed my eyes and focused on knowledge gained from my reincarnation, or perhaps Transmigration would be more fit to call my situation?

And knowledge? A small yet horrifying amount, when it comes to what it entails about!

If I knew that, that damn site was real, I would have wrote Gilgamesh! And not Atalanta for giggles and jokes, and that got me here in this mess!

I tightened my fists in pure unfairness of the world!

'One thing is wishing to live in Anime world with the powers you wished and another is to live with powers you wrote as a Joke!'

I couldn't help but complain to myself in my heart, as i clenched my hands tighter, closed my eyes and tried to calm myself down.

But the method for calming down is not working at all!

It's not really working, who ever said it would work was a liar!

To think that everything I wrote in that CYOA became real, is beyond every single though I could have had.

It's ridiculous to begin with!

On too many levels!

A blasphemy against my wishes!

I already tried pinching myself, slapping myself and I didn't wake up, this in fact is not a dream to begin with!

If it was, I would have transformed into a Dragon like I wanted, or as they say when People realize they are in dream they can control it, yet I can't!

So then, let's go along with this bullshit for now, try to get cover from rain and then have mental breakdown some other time to vent my frustrations!

But at the very least I'm relatively powerful and officially strongest Archer in the entire Danmachi verse.

But it's not like there were many to begin with.

It wasn't a competition to be honest...

Maybe we should begin from the very beginning?

I'm Alex Smith, just that. And a young man to be precise, it was before I tapped enter on the CYOA site!

I just finished my high-school, I was preparing for further education, while also enjoying my summer!

But now?

It's confusing, too much confusing, even for me, and that says something!

And I'm the most confused person on Earth!

I'm apparently Ancient Greek Hero Huntress turned Heroic Ghost transported into Alternate World that's still in the Age Of Gods.

Or Simply, Atalanta from Fate.

With all her abilities, skills and NP's to go with it.

Even with a small amount of memories of hers, those on how to track people, knowledge on how to fight and battle experience.

No personal memories, just battles and her glorious feats.

No travelling with Argonauts either.

Small amount, but nevertheless enough to make me not look like a fool that just so happen to be Level 6, and so I could fight actually.

Nothing beside it.

Yet my thoughts were interrupted soon.

~Clank~ A sound of plates hitting the wooden floor caught my interest, as my sharp and sensitive ears I'm still trying to adapt to twitched.

It's going to take SOME TIME to adapt to my ears.

A weird sensation, as I moved my head towards the right.

Curiosity killed the cat, as they say.

And I titled my head towards the right side of the tavern.

My expression paled further.

In this case, it certainly will be the end of me and my curiosity, capiche as Lion Archer?

Ah man..

Why did I add that in the CYOA, true I wanted Astraea Familia to survive..

But did I really have to write it like that, seriously man..

But this will be cliche and awkward to deal with, especially since I still have memories of that.

I though so, as I looked at the cause of the breaking plates.

A golden haired elf, with blue eyes stood, wearing the usual green-colored waitress dress, the iconic one of 'Hostess of Fertility'

With an incredible expression at top of her face.

An expression plastered with countless emotions coursing through her: Pain, Fear, Shock, Disbelief and so many more.

But one is prevalent between all of them.

A shocked one, just because she saw the customer near the bar.

She saw Alex.
