Shinra wakes up thinking he is in Heaven now because the truck hits him and he died but that isn't the case. Shinra sees the same guy who pushed him onto the road to die.

This word was often used by his Grandma who raised him often told him when he fail at everything God will come and give him a second chance at everything and take you back to the time you desire.
