Abstract
This dissertation advances the Unified Vortex Metasystem (UVM), a comprehensive theory describing how mathematics, consciousness, and biological reality express a single recursive symmetry of expansion and return. Through integration of the Universal Coordinate (UC), O‑Clock Theory (OCT), and GUR Loop, the study reframes zero as a generative locus rather than an absence and demonstrates that constants such as e and π are not abstractions but visible operators in planetary rotation, cellular energy cycles, and computational feedback networks alike.
