Next thing he knows, he's in a white room.
Just like that, a bright light appears.
'Greetings human, you have been chosen to reincarnate, into another world' says the light.
'I see. Where to?' Asked Billie.
'You shall be sent to the world of one piece, the year. The day Doflamingo killed his father' says the light.

'Your telling me. I'm going to the north blue. Ain't ya' says Billie annoyed.
'Better. You'll be in the west blue' says the light.
'Oh, that sounds good' says Billie.
'Great, before you leave, you get 3 wishes' says the light.
'Hmm, in that case, here's my wishes' says Billie.
Wish 1: I wish for the cake cake fruit.
'Ah, the opposite, of the biscuit fruit' says the light.
Wish 2: I wish for a flask full of cola endlessly.
'Ok' says the light.
Wish 3: I wish for endless energy.
'With that, you'll never grow tired, nor be effected by the side effects of lack of sleep' says the light.
Just like that, Billie was sent to one piece, west blue.
