Cartoon Chapter: Benny and the Missing Donut
The sun popped up like a smiling orange ball.
"Good morning, world!" shouted Benny the Bear, jumping out of bed so fast that his pillow flew straight into the fish tank.
Splash!
"Hey!" said Bubbles the Fish, wearing tiny sunglasses. "Watch the water, superstar!"
Benny laughed. "Sorry, Bubbles! Today is a special day."
"Why?" asked Mimi the Mouse, peeking from behind the cupboard.
Benny pointed dramatically at the table.
"Because… I MADE A DONUT!"
Everyone gasped.
The donut was big. Pink. Shiny. With rainbow sprinkles dancing on top like they were at a party.
"I will eat it after my morning stretch," Benny said proudly.
He stretched his arms. He stretched his legs. He stretched his tail.
Then—POOF!
The donut was gone.
Benny blinked. "Huh?"
Mimi blinked. "What?"
Bubbles blinked underwater. "Glub?"
"MY DONUT!" Benny shouted, spinning around so fast he became a fuzzy tornado.
Footprints appeared on the floor.
Tiny. Sticky. Chocolatey.
Mimi smiled. "Only one person leaves chocolate footprints…"
Suddenly, a loud CRUNCH came from behind the curtain.
Out rolled Timmy the Turtle, chewing slowly.
"Uh… good morning?" Timmy said, donut crumbs all over his face.
Benny crossed his arms. "Timmy."
"Yes?"
"That was my donut."
Timmy thought for a second. "Ohhh. Then… thank you?"
Everyone stared.
Then Benny burst out laughing. "Next time, just ask!"
Timmy smiled. "Deal. Tomorrow, I'll steal— I mean—share my pizza!"
They all laughed as the sun sparkled brighter.
And somewhere in the house, another donut secretly hid…
