It was on a Monday morning, Mercy dressed up cooperatly wearing a red body fitted gown with her long straight black hair well styled and a fabulous facial make up was added to it which made her looked attractive and beautiful.
She took her certificates and some important credentials that will help her in getting the job.
She got to the Mall on time and met the receptionist whoose name was Miss Godswill.
"Good day miss, my name is miss Mercy. I am here to apply for a job as a secretary", Mercy said fluently.
"Oh, you are welcome. Please have a sit", Godswill instructed kindly and she did.
Not quite long, a beautiful lady walked into the reception room in a proud act. Lo and behold, it was Bianca.
"Oh, it's you again. What are you doing here?", Bianca asked strictly.
"I came here to apply for a job as a secretary", Mercy replied boldly and fluently.
"What ! You don't belong here, you are very poor, wretched and can not even afford to buy a needle in this Mall so get the fuck out of here before i throw you out", Bianca threatened in anger.
"Well, you are not the owner of this company I guess because you look like one of the manager's errand girl", Mercy retorted as some of the receptionist laughed in disguise.
"Can you even spell the word 'Secretary' ?", Bianca asked acidly.
"S E C R E T A R Y, are you kidding me?", Mercy bragged.
"Can you imagine this idiot, bragging with poverty?", Bianca flared up.
"But, miss she hasn't done anything wrong by coming here to look for a job", Godswill interrupted kindly and she was fired instantly with immediate effect.
Bianca tried to throw Mercy out of the Mall when Aquila arrived.
"Hey, what the hell is going on here Bianca?", Aquila asked.
" It's this poor hallot, she won't leave this Mall. I have told her that she can not afford to buy any thing here, she is just a poor single mother", Bianca muttered.
" Well, employ her immediately as my Personal Assistant ", Aquila uttered.

"What !!! ", Bianca uttered flabbergastly. ❗😮In anger.
Mercy gave her a mocking eye contact in a way that she brought out her tongue 👅😛.
Bianca was highly furious indeed and she felt embarrassed.
"Waow, wait a second. Did he just ?....", Bianca asked rhetorically.
Aquila took Mercy to his office where he had a brief discussion with her.
" What's your name young lady?", He asked kindly.
"My name is miss Mercy Sobowale sir, I am the last daughter of the Mayor", Mercy replied respectfully.
"Wow, you are highly welcome", he greeted.
"Thank you sir", she replied.
"So how come did you became a poor single mother?", he asked and she narrated everything about her life to him.
"The worst part of it was that I didn't knew the man that did this to me on that day", she concluded.
Aquila's mind flew back immediately, his heart began to beat faster because he was also in the hotel on that same day which Mercy was talking about.
"Bring your son to work tomorrow, I want to see him ", Aquila said in suspense.
" Okay, I will", Mercy agreed as they both shoke hands together and dispersed respectfully which ends the scene happily.
