Upon arriving at St. Freya Academy, Zeus observed the student body, entirely composed of young women, gathered in twos and threes, discussing interesting topics or homework problems, appearing so full of vigor. The Valkyries here, compared to those at the headquarters of Schicksal, seemed more like people, not killing machines.
"This place, of course, is the best. We've put a lot of effort into it."
Himeko, leading the way, clearly misunderstood Zeus's words, thinking she was praising their environment. So, she said proudly to Zeus, who just smiled. She knew Himeko had misunderstood, but it would be awkward to explain, so she let it go.
"So, where do we go next?"
Zeus asked Himeko with a hint of confusion. They had already toured the campus, and the armory would certainly be off-limits, so the only thing left was to meet that silly loli. But judging by the silly loli's demeanor, a meeting seemed unlikely.
"We've basically shown you around. So! Next, we'll go see the Dean."
To Zeus's surprise, Theresa actually agreed to meet them. Wasn't she afraid of an awkward encounter? Never mind, she would go and see what this overgrown loli planned to do! Perhaps there would be another good show to watch.
"This is the Dean's office. You all go in yourselves! I'll wait here until you come out."
Himeko led Zeus and the other three to a four to five-meter-tall door, her mouth twitching slightly as she spoke to Zeus and the others. It seemed Himeko had received some strange orders, and what was coming next would definitely be very entertaining.
Ignoring Himeko's twitching expression, Zeus led Mei and the others as she pushed open the door and walked in. She found the entire room dim, and a white-haired 'old man' was 'looking' at Zeus and the others expressionlessly. But under Zeus's super vision, she discovered that this so-called 'old man' was nothing more than a toy.
"Cough, cough! Hello, everyone, I am the Dean of this Academy. You can just call me Dean Tokugawa."
Zeus looked at this 'old man' with a bewildered expression; his voice and mouth simply didn't match. And if she listened carefully, the source of the voice was coming from behind that large chair. However, this small trick managed to fool Mei and the others beside Zeus.
They actually believed it, so Zeus sighed internally. It seemed they hadn't been exposed to society much and couldn't see through this trick. So, Zeus directly activated her X-ray vision and looked behind the chair where the 'old man' was sitting. She saw a very familiar-looking loli behind the large chair, holding a voice changer in her hand, and there was also a mechanism under her feet. Theresa would say something and then step on it, making the 'old man's' mouth move. Theresa, sitting on a small stool, was very earnestly explaining all sorts of things about the Academy to Zeus and the others.
To be honest, Zeus was currently watching Theresa's (silly) performance, and she genuinely couldn't take in a single thing. It was just too amusing. Such foolish behavior made Zeus Can't help it want to say to Cecilia in the distance, 'Theresa is so cute!' To keep herself from laughing, Zeus was trying very hard; her thighs were already bruised from pinching herself, but tears of 'happiness' still couldn't help but stream from her eyes.
"What's wrong, Sister Zeus?"
Bronya, who had been watching Zeus suddenly twitch, thought something was wrong with Zeus. Bronya held Zeus's hand and asked with concern.
"Nothing, I was just moved by the Dean's words. I've decided to join St. Freya Academy."
Zeus spoke as if it were true, with a few cat-like tears streaming from her eyes. This made the others firmly believe Zeus's words, but they still had doubts in their hearts: 'Was it really that touching?' However, out of trust for Zeus, they still didn't voice their inner questions.
"That's great!"
Hearing Zeus's words, Theresa rolled around happily on the floor behind the chair, and the toy doll immediately fell flat. Theresa quickly composed her excited feelings, then looked at the 'An X promotional brochure' in her hand, feeling somewhat grateful to a certain promoter who had helped her.
"Welcome to our Academy. Please go with Teacher Himeko to complete the enrollment procedures. Of course, tuition is free."
With an excited tone, Theresa spoke into the voice changer, then started calling Himeko on her headset. After everyone left, she slowly walked out from behind her chair and put away the toy doll on the chair.
"It wasn't for nothing that I worked so hard and found such an impressive office."
Theresa sighed as she walked out of the office, looking forward to her future life with Zeus and the others. But would things really go so smoothly? In Chang Kong City, where Zeus and the others had left, at a depth of more than ten meters underground, a black box very familiar to Zeus silently opened completely. A figure slowly began to emerge from the black box. That night, Theresa, who was too excited to sleep, was pulled out of bed by a sudden alarm.
"What on earth happened?"
"Report, the Honkai concentration in Chang Kong City has suddenly risen above the alert line. For unknown reasons, it is still increasing."
"What? Have you found the cause? Has a Herrscher appeared?"
Theresa asked urgently after hearing this.
"A figure has been detected at the center of the highest Honkai concentration."
"Bring it up quickly."
Following Theresa's command, the detection personnel quickly transmitted the data to the large screen. Theresa fell silent as she looked at the figure in a cherry-red, exposed-shoulder miko outfit, and those long, slender fox ears like rabbit ears.
"The pseudo-Herrscher from five hundred years ago, Yae Sakura. I didn't expect you to still be alive."
Although she could be foolish at times, Theresa's knowledge was clearly genuine, taught by the most brilliant scientist of Schicksal, 'Lord Otto'. She had all the historical data recorded in her mind. Moreover, this person had an unusual connection with her ancestor, 'Kallen Kaslana'.
While Theresa was deep in thought, Yae Sakura was also somewhat bewildered. She looked up at the stars in the sky, as if missing the smiles of two people.
"Kallen, Zeus, where are you?"
"Don't bother, kid. It's been five hundred years, they're long dead."
A large fox's phantom leaped out from behind Sakura, mockingly provoking Yae Sakura.
"Shut up, you big fox."
A third person's voice came from Sakura's back, and the fox's phantom also disappeared. Sakura ignored the words of the two 'people' and began to wander across the land. She still wanted to try and find the two, even if it was their descendants.
