"And Bulma… if you want, I can let you talk to Vegeta," Gohan said.

Bulma paused and looked at him.

"Gohan… how can you do that?"

Then she suddenly remembered something.

"Oh, right! You said you learned telepathy," she said with a small chuckle. "I forgot about that."

Chi-Chi also smiled softly. She understood how Bulma felt. Bulma was raising Trunks with only her parents around, without her husband.

In some ways, it was similar to Chi-Chi's own situation.

Seeing this, Gohan explained patiently.

"It's simple. Just put your hand on my shoulder and think about Vegeta."

"Then call his name in your mind. It's basically like making a phone call."

"You don't need to speak out loud. Just focus on him."

Gohan explained the process carefully so Bulma could understand it.

"Alright… let's try," Bulma said.

She walked behind Gohan and placed her hand on his shoulder.

Then she closed her eyes and focused on Vegeta.

Hello… Vegeta… can you hear me?

A rough voice suddenly answered.

"Who is this? Woman… is that you?"

The connection had worked.

Gohan quietly blocked the connection so the conversation stayed private. Chi-Chi and Gohan couldn't hear anything. It was like the two of them were talking directly through their minds.

For the next five to ten minutes, Bulma and Vegeta spoke awkwardly as Neither of them really knew what to say at first.

Finally, the call ended.

Bulma slowly removed her hand from Gohan's shoulder.

"I think… that worked," she said softly and Then Gohan asked,

"So… have these new androids 71 & 81 done anything recently?"

Bulma nodded.

"Yes. They appeared at the beginning of this month."

"At first, when people saw them, they thought they were the same Android 17 and 18 who destroyed the world."

"So the military attacked them immediately."

Gohan frowned.

"And what happened next?"

Bulma sighed.

"They fought back...But from what we saw, they didn't attack first. They were just wandering around."

"The military launched missiles and even heavier weapons with Radiation's."

"Because of that fight, several cities were destroyed But after that… the androids disappeared."

Gohan thought about it for a moment.

"So the destruction wasn't caused by them directly… it was mostly from the missiles and military attacks?"

Bulma nodded.

"Yes and specially Nuke's"

Gohan sighed.

"Of course… nukes."

Those terrible weapons were one of humanity's worst creations.

For a moment, Gohan thought seriously.

Should I use one Dragon Ball wish to remove all nuclear weapons from Earth? he wondered.

Maybe even prevent humans from ever creating something like that again…

But he pushed that thought aside for now.

Then he spoke again.

"It seems Mr. Popo was right as These androids have completely different personalities compared to the original 17 and 18."

"The old ones destroyed things because they enjoyed it but these new ones… seem calmer."

Chi-Chi crossed her arms.

"Yes… but we still can't trust them Gohan as they seem to be clone of them."

Gohan nodded.

"You're right."

"Right now we just have to wait until they appear again as They also seem to know how to hide their energy."

Bulma looked worried.

"Gohan… are you sure you can handle them?"

Gohan smiled confidently.

"Yes."

"Even if their maximum power is around 800 million Each, I'm far stronger than that now."

"I can defeat them easily."

But inside his mind, another thought appeared.

Unless something unexpected happens…

Like Cell.

Gohan shook his head.

No… Cell shouldn't be ready yet.

At this point in time, Cell was probably still growing somewhere in Dr. Gero's hidden lab.

Maybe he was planning to absorb these new androids—71 and 81—to become perfect.

A bug dreaming of becoming the ruler of the universe… Gohan thought with a small smile.

But Gohan also knew something else....Even if Cell appeared…

He would never allow him to succeed.

"Whatever happens," Gohan thought calmly,

"I won't give him the chance to become perfect."

"Alright… that's good," Gohan said.

Then he looked at Bulma and asked,

"Do you know where those androids came from? I mean Android 71 and 81. Do we know which base they came from?"

Bulma shook her head.

"No. I still can't find where their base is as They might be hiding it deep underground… or maybe even under the ocean."

"To find something like that, I would need to check every satellite around the planet."

"And even then it won't be easy," Bulma said seriously. "Those places are usually protected with extremely strong security systems with trillion interlock system's."

Gohan nodded slowly.

In his memory, even in the future timeline, nobody knew where Dr. Gero's lab was at first. It was only later that Krillin discovered one of the hidden labs.

But Gohan decided not to explain all of that right now as He didn't want to cause unnecessary panic, especially for his mother.

There are still years before Cell appears, Gohan thought and even if Cell shows up later… he won't be a problem.

Compared to Gohan's current power, Cell would be nothing more than an ant.

Gohan planned to stay ten steps ahead of every possible threat and Explaining everything now would only make Bulma, Chi-Chi, and everyone else worry more.

Then another idea appeared in his mind.

Maybe it's time to push Bulma to build that time machine…

Gohan looked at Bulma and said casually,

"Bulma… wouldn't it be amazing if there was a machine that could travel through time?"

Bulma blinked in surprise.

"A time machine?"

For a moment she froze.

Wait… I actually thought about building something like that before… Bulma thought.

But she had never seriously started the project.

Gohan continued calmly,

"Think about it. If we could go back in time, we could stop the androids before they even appear and maybe we could also cure Dad's heart disease before it kills him."

Bulma suddenly went silent.

Then her eyes lit up with excitement.

"Gohan… that's actually an incredible idea!"

"I was already thinking about something like that before, but I never continued the research."

Gohan acted confused.

"Really?"

Bulma quickly changed the topic.

"Anyway, Gohan, for now you should check the cities as There are survivor resistance groups in many places."

"They keep track of the androids' movements."

"They might have better information about where the androids are going."

"Resistance groups…" Gohan repeated.

He nodded.

That made sense.

Whenever there was oppression, there would always be resistance.

Even if the world looked hopeless, ordinary people would still fight back.

For many survivors, those resistance fighters were their last hope.

"Alright," Gohan said confidently.

"I'll go check them out."

And Then suddenly Gohan remembered something.

"Wait… how could I forget the most important thing?" he said.

He quickly turned to Bulma.

"Oh right! Bulma, what about the spaceship? Is it ready? What about the fuel and everything?"

Chi-Chi also looked interested when she heard that.

Bulma smiled confidently. She took out a capsule from her pocket and pressed the button.

Pshhh!

With a flash of light, a small spacecraft appeared in the room.

"Here it is," Bulma said proudly.

Gohan walked toward the ship and opened the hatch. He stepped inside and looked around carefully.

The inside looked comfortable. There were seats, control panels, screens, buttons, and even a joystick.

Gohan stared at the controls for a moment.

"Oh… so this is how it looks," he said quietly.

Then he scratched the back of his head.

"…But I actually have no idea how to use this thing."

Bulma burst out laughing.

"Haha! That side of you is actually cute, Gohan."

"You're strong enough to fight androids, but you did not notice i created this controls on the basis of game controller ?"

Gohan chuckled awkwardly.

"Yeah… ."

Bulma stepped inside the ship and pointed at the control panel.

"It's actually simple. Just enter the coordinates here and press start."

She tapped the screen.

"And don't worry. The ship is fully automated. It will handle most of the navigation itself."

She smirked.

"And if you get bored during the trip, there are movies, music, and even cartoons stored in the system."

Gohan raised an eyebrow.

"Cartoons?"

Bulma laughed again.

"Hey, long space trips get boring!"

Gohan shook his head and smiled.

"Thank you, Bulma. You really are a genius."

Bulma crossed her arms proudly.

"Of course I am."

Then she pointed at another screen.

"We also recovered the previous coordinates your father used when he came back from Yardrat."

"But I already added the coordinates for New Namek as you told me with previous coordinate too."

Gohan nodded.

"Good."

Then he asked another question.

"How long will the fuel last?"

Bulma pointed toward the back of the ship.

"See that gauge?"

"That's the energy indicator. Just keep an eye on it and mainly fuel can last year's in Normal speed."

Gohan nodded.

"Got it."

After checking everything, he stepped out of the ship again.

Bulma pressed the capsule button, and the spaceship shrank back into capsule form.

Gohan placed it carefully in his bag.

"Alright," he said. "I'll take the spaceship later."

"For now, I'm going to check the resistance groups in different cities. Maybe they have more information about the androids."

Then he looked at Chi-Chi.

"Mom, you should stay here with Aunt Bulma."

"I'll contact you if anything happens."

Chi-Chi nodded, but she still looked worried.

"Just be careful, Gohan."

"And eat properly! and Also talk to me every day," she added.

At that moment, Gohan's stomach suddenly growled loudly.

Grrrrrr…

He froze.

Bulma and Chi-Chi looked at each other.

Then both of them started laughing.

"Looks like someone is hungry," Bulma said.

After dinner, Gohan finally left the underground base.

As he flew across the sky, he thought about everything that had happened.

Sometimes he wondered how other reincarnated people might act in a situation like this.

Some people might try to build harems or chase after women especially if a person isekaid was from China.

But that idea disgusted Gohan.

He shook his head.

"That kind of nonsense isn't for me."

The night sky was clear, and a cool autumn wind brushed against his face as he flew over the countryside, he saw abandoned farms below.

In the past, farmers would be working in those fields But now the land was dry, cracked, and empty.

No one was there anymore.

The android attacks had destroyed normal life as Gohan continued flying quietly and After crossing a mountain range, he finally saw a large city in the distance.

"This must be the city," Gohan thought.

He landed near the road and walked inside.

This city had not been attacked yet.

It was one of the largest surviving population centers left on Earth. A resistance army was protecting the civilians there.

Of course, everyone knew the truth.

Even the strongest human army couldn't defeat androids but Still, they continued fighting.

For humanity, they were the last line of defense.

The city still had a king as its ruler.

And when Gohan saw him once before, he almost couldn't believe it.

The king literally looked like a dog–lion hybrid.

Gohan scratched his head.

"This world is really strange sometimes…"

In the Dragon Ball world, there were many different races. Some people looked like animals, and some looked human.

They even lived and married together normally.

For someone like Gohan—who had memories of a normal Earth—this world still felt strange sometimes.

"Yeah… this world is really something else, maybe if i can get to meet someone like Miroko the Rabbit Hero from MHA" Gohan thought.
