Chapter 37 - CH.36

"Why are you sympathetic towards the Death Eater, Hermione? Don't tell me you feel sorry for him… Have you forgotten who he really is?" Saeviour noticed; a pink blush formed on Hermione's cheeks. "He's just going to use you. That's what he does. That is what all Slytherins are good at. Besides, once he's done using you, he'll throw you on the side and you'll be all alone. You don't want that do you?"

Granger remained silent.

"I rest my case. If it wasn't because of us, you would be alone and have no friends… Besides, we wouldn't be anywhere without your wit, 'Mione."

Saeviour and the Weasel went to put their trunks onto the train, before boarding it. Hermione stood there, eyes casted downwards. She headed towards him and only took a few moments before she was next to him.

"I'm really sorry that he always bullies you… I don't think it's right that he does that to you," Granger said to him.

"Look, I don't want you to stand up for me. I could handle him myself," Harrison told her coldly, "Besides you're the one who still hangs out with you, and even if your sorry, you still hang around him."

Hermione looked back and noticed Saeviour and Weasel, waving at her through the widow on the train.

"Sorry," She told him… "Happy Christmas." With that, she left and went to board the train. He only stared at that spot where Granger was once standing, with a small frown on his lips. Muggle holidays.

Eventually, he and Draco got their trunks on the train and they boarded it. Open compartment doors leaked various conversations that were none too interesting. Most of the compartments were filled up as the pale blonde headed further down the train until he opened a compartment door that had several people in it already.

He noticed the dark skin-Blaise Zabini sitting next to the window with Theodore Nott right beside him. Pansy Parkinson, a pug-faced girl and short black hair sat on the other side of them. Draco tried to make an attempt in sitting next to Theodore, but Pansy grabbed his arm and He pulled him down right next to him. She was immediately attached to him, which caused Draco to pull her apart from his body. Harrison sat down right next to Theodore, watching the scene.

He knew Pansy really wanted to marry Draco and become a Malfoy. He also knew that Draco didn't reciprocate his feelings towards her and wouldn't marry her, even if she was the last girl on Earth. It would still be funny if the pug-faced girl got her claws on Draco, and the offsprings would probably be equally ugly if not more because of the possibility of her genes.

"Get off me!" Draco shrugged off Pansy, and immediately sat on the other side of the seat, getting away from Pansy's reach.

Pansy's dark eyes looked at him, and she asked in the most high-pitched voice that got on his nerves,

"Why did you bring him here, Drakey?"

"He's my friend, Pansy," Draco snapped.

Pansy looked away from him, her eyes looking at the window. He could see her lips move to say something quiet that he probably wasn't meant to hear, but he heard it anyway, "He's just so creepy, besides he terrifies me."

Harrison cleared his throat, "You know you shouldn't talk to people if you know that they are in the room with you… I thought a pureblood like you would know that?"

Pansy shrieked like a banshee when she realized that he actually heard her comment, and caused a feral grin on his face.

"Sorry," She added rather quickly, and avoided his eyes when she said that.

Theodore, Blaise and Draco started to talk about something that wasn't too interesting for him to really have his input in. Instead, he pulled out the book from the chamber, and flipped through the pages until he landed on the page that he was. It was a spell that he had been itching to use- a spell that hadn't been used in thousands of years. He knew it had to be one of Salazar's creations as no one alive would dare to use such a spell. It required a sacrifice, clever wand-waving skills and the correct incantation, which shouldn't be too hard.

He studied the book, until pressure started to build up in his head, so he was forced to put down the book for right now, until his headache went away. He looked at the window, watching the hills of the countryside go by quickly as the train raced by, heading to Kings Cross.

He noticed that people were staring at him, eyes narrowing, he questioned,

"What?"

"What are you planning to do over break?" Theodore asked.

"Read," Harrison told them.

"Are you sure you're not a Ravenclaw?" Pansy teased, "If that's all you're going to do during the break."

"I have my own plans that I don't feel the need to share with you," Harrison told them.

The train slowly came to a stop at King's Cross Station. Adults crowded the platform, eager to embrace their children, after being apart for a couple of months. He saw James Potter standing right next to the Weasleys. He quickly looked away and got up from his seat and walked off the train.

It was chaos when he got off the train. Parents with tears streaming down their face, as they embraced their children. Students struggling to get away. Laughter and various conversations were throughout the platform. Harrison looked away from all the various sights of affection and followed Draco through the crowd, until they finally reached a corner where he noticed two blondes- one female and one male.
