"Wake up!"
Kaisar froze when he felt a sharp sting on his cheek. His extremely pale skin was left with a reddish mark, Amara's palm print clearly visible there.
But Amara's shout actually made him realize one important thing. A ridiculous reason why he had been trying to distance himself from Amara and Vero.
"You think that by acting like this, I can forgive you? You called me crazy, damn it… but you're even crazier for doing this to me."
Kaisar exhaled slowly, as if he had finally released a burden that had haunted him for months because of this woman.
"Mommy…"
Amara turned her head. Her son had returned with a face that clearly showed sadness.
"Vero…" Amara walked toward the boy. "Let's go home now, okay?"
Amara immediately pulled Vero's arm, taking him back toward the hotel. The boy looked at Kaisar, showing the heavy feeling inside him over their separation.
"Daddy, we can meet again, right? Daddy will come to England for me?"
