Sora's POV
"What's going on here?"
The voice cut through the tension like a blade.
All three of us turned toward the door, and my breath hitched the moment I saw him standing there.
Logan.
His eyes moved between me, Jiho, and Yuri, his brows furrowed in concern.
"I heard raised voices," he said, stepping inside. "Are these two bothering you?"
For a split second, everything inside me froze.
Then instinct took over.
"No," I said quickly, forcing a small smile as I shook my head. "They're not bothering me."
I waved a hand casually, as if nothing had just happened.
"We just got a little excited talking about Yuri's dog."
Logan's gaze lingered on me for a second longer, as if trying to read through my words.
But then it softened.
"Oh," he said. "I thought something was wrong."
I let out a quiet laugh, though it didn't quite reach my chest.
"Everything's fine."
I turned slightly toward Yuri, trying to ease the tension that had built up just moments ago.
