I rolled my eyes and sighed. "If this is another joke, stop it. It's not funny! I'm not going to marry you, Yeongjae..." I stated, squinting my eyes. "Even if it's just a contract marriage, I won't. First of all, I don't need it. I'm good by myself. And second of all, look at you…"
He frowned and asked, "What's wrong with me?"
I gestured my hands towards him, from head to toe. "You… You are so young. And I am not."
He laughed and shook his hands dismissively, "No, not that. But I will ask that again some other time. This one increases your foot traffic, boosts your sales, and," he added with a small smirk, "helps change how people see you."
I scoffed lightly. "That sounds too good to be true."
"Most good ideas do," he said. "But hear me out."
He leaned forward just a little, lowering his voice as if the walls themselves might listen.
