With the troublemakers gone, the New Year holiday quickly came to an end. At noon on the sixth day, Yuan Si's family packed up and set off to return to the county town. The tricycle was the most comfortable option in this weather, so the old woman sat in the carriage, holding her younger grandson and keeping an eye on the older one. Her daughter, Yuan Si, once again played the part of the driver, pedaling up front. Xiao Furen got an even worse deal. Since they had brought a lot of luggage and an extra 28-inch bicycle on their way to the village, he now had to ride it all the way back.
The 26-inch bicycle was left for Fang Ping. She wasn't leaving until the next morning and could ride it back then.
