Yuan Si nodded. That was true; she'd wanted to say something for a while now. With nearly thirty people moving together, it was impossible to be completely silent, no matter how careful they were. If any criminals were nearby, they would have surely noticed the commotion long ago.
"So I wanted to discuss something with you. I think we should split up into smaller groups. You're very experienced in the wild, so I was hoping you could lead a small team."
'So that's what this was about,' Yuan Si thought, understanding completely. "Alright, no problem."
She wanted to split up too. With so many people moving around, any small animal they came across would surely turn tail and bolt. How was she supposed to hunt and improve their meals? Yuan Si was utterly disgusted by the compressed rations they'd had for lunch. She hadn't eaten anything that awful in years and had no intention of eating them again.
