He propped his hands on the table in a casual, lazy posture. The black clothes he wore made him look incredibly dashing under the lights. He had short black hair and seemed to smile a lot. He was handsome, though on rare occasions, his gaze could turn menacing.
"Why did you blacklist me?"
Erin Lowell's fine eyebrows arched slightly, her eyes seeming to be veiled in a layer of mist. "Blacklist what?"
Zane Jennings thought she was playing dumb. He leaned back in his chair. "Do you really want me to expose you?"
Her brow furrowed, her eyelashes drooping as she tried to remember if she had ever blacklisted him for anything.
Erin wasn't wearing any makeup, though there was a hint of very light red on her lips. Her sweater underneath was black, and she wore a long cardigan over it. Her hair was draped casually over her shoulders. She seemed impatient, her brow having been furrowed for quite some time.
