Xiao Xuezhen listened and thought for a moment. He, too, felt that continuing to keep that freaky girl around was like holding a bomb in his arms.
Therefore, his previous ideas had to be scrapped. 'He didn't want to be angered to death before the girl ever had a chance to show him any filial piety!'
"Will this work?" he asked, his eyes slightly narrowed. He didn't want outsiders to see him as the one orchestrating this.
Ren Xingchen nodded. "It can, it definitely will. I've already asked around. That old woman is interested in adopting a child. The main thing is, Yunyun is a girl, so I don't know if she'll be wanted."
Xiao Xuezhen smiled, the corner of his lip twitching up. "Before, she might not have wanted a girl. But what's the situation now? Families in the city only have one or two kids. Does she really have the luxury to be picky?"
