As the early morning passed, many more consultation rooms opened their doors. By now, sixty-five percent of the hospital's clinics were operational, and seventy percent of the new students were stationed here, each performing their respective duties.
Since they didn't discriminate based on severity or rank, and the atmosphere was relaxed, the medical treatments seemed to progress much faster than before.
The local academy's dean, who had kept a tight leash on his own students to prevent them from coming out, watched these "opponents" working so hard and putting in so much effort. Inwardly, he was beaming with glee.
"Go on, knock yourselves out," he thought. "Use up more of your spiritual power and exhaust your minds. Once the students from our academy enter the competition in peak condition, this bunch will finally understand true power."
Those standing at the top of the hierarchy believed these students were merely coddling ants. What was the use of coddling ants?
