In the woods.
A figure plummeted heavily.
BOOM!
A massive crater was smashed into the ground, accompanied by a deafening roar. Following this, a force descended from the sky, piercing through something like a spear. A miserable shriek rang out.
Blood spilled from the corner of Mu Kong's mouth. Looking no older than ten, he was pinned firmly to the ground.
"You've wasted my time," an ethereal voice echoed above the woods. "I will deal with you after I finish them off."
Mu Kong glared fiercely at the sky, watching with his own eyes as the old woman left.
It took him a long while to catch his breath. "Humans have changed too much. To think such Cultivation could unleash such terrifying might. No wonder it takes a whole group of the Demon Race to deal with a single human of the Same Tier.
"Still, she lacks experience. How could this thing possibly pin me down?"
