"The Pope, honestly... Why did she have to pick me to deliver a message to Kaelis? She knows full well that I have a grudge against that woman!"
Vanessa couldn't help but complain under her breath after receiving Lucia's command.
As the Princess of the Sun Sect Country, she had always been rivals with Kaelis, the granddaughter of a Cardinal. Naturally, they didn't get along.
Now, Lucia wanted her to go and notify Kaelis, which was a huge headache for her.
But since it was an order from the Pope, she couldn't refuse and could only accept it in silence.
Vanessa slowly walked to the window and snapped her fingers softly. A pure white dove appeared at the sound, landing obediently in the palm of her hand.
"Go on~"
Vanessa released the dove, sending it to invite Kaelis to the Land of Light Judgment in her name.
But just as she released the dove, she immediately sensed something strange about Lucia's order.
