Within three hours after "Radio Control" was activated, Allen expended a massive amount of his stockpiled ammunition to bombard the Magical Beasts crossing the border.
Following this carpet bombing, the artillery fire in Zone 18 eerily thinned out.
The small-scale yet highly oppressive harassing attacks that had constantly erupted along the border abruptly stopped, as if their source had been instantly pinched off by an invisible giant hand.
On the frontal battlefields of the western and northern frontlines, Magical Beasts were still surging forward, swept up by the Beast Tide. However, both the scale and intensity had dropped back to a level that a Golem Legion could comfortably handle. The unified, tactical maneuvers that precisely targeted the weak points of the defense line were completely gone.
The stench of sulfur and blood in the air remained thick, but the chilling sensation of being watched by countless hidden eyes had vanished.
