Qiao Xixi opened the door to Mi Lan and Mi Qi's smiling faces.
"Xixi, we're here to bring you something!"
Mi Lan stuffed a large bag of fruit she didn't recognize into her hands.
Mi Qi was carrying a bucket of fish.
"This is Long Fish Beast. It doesn't have many bones, and the meat is especially delicious. My beastman mate caught it in the water today."
Qiao Xixi glanced behind them and saw a few males who looked familiar. They must have been the ones who went with Hong Xi to the mountains to pick Grass Fruit today.
"Have you eaten? Come on in."
Qiao Xixi stepped aside to let them into the courtyard.
Mi Lan and Mi Qi came in grinning, but their beastman mates didn't move.
"Aren't they coming in?"
Lin En said, a little embarrassed, "We're used to eating raw meat, so we won't go in and bother you. We'll come back to pick up our female later."
The beastman mates all nodded.
