Mr. Wallace's humming faded as his figure gradually disappeared from Zoe Sawyer's sight.
Only after watching the entire scene play out did Zoe close the door.
"What's the situation? Heath, could you see it too?" Evan Keller asked, rushing over the moment he saw Zoe shut the door.
Heath let out a heavy breath. "I saw it. A guy was stealing copper wire from a ground line and tried to threaten someone else."
"But he didn't expect to be killed in return."
Zoe rubbed her eyes. Even though she had seen her fair share of dead bodies, the scene she had just witnessed was still a huge shock.
However, only her Rewind ability allowed her to share what she saw with others; Foresight did not.
'So, the man in the work uniform is already dead in that electrical room,' she thought. 'And that Mr. Wallace... he's the murderer.'
