Zhang Shao countered with a palm strike of his own, blocking Yun Xuzi's attack and shielding the youth behind him.
"Yun Xuzi, what is the meaning of this? We had an agreement beforehand. Accidents happen in a fight; you can't blame others for injuries sustained!" Zhang Shao said coldly.
Yun Xuzi said angrily, "But there was no need to be so ruthless!"
Zhang Shao paused for a moment, then nodded as if in complete agreement. He turned to the youth and asked with a serious expression, "Why were you so ruthless?"
The youth said in a flat tone, "He himself said he could take on three of us. I thought he must be incredibly strong, so I had to go all out and couldn't relax until the very last moment. Who would've thought he was just bragging? He couldn't even take three of my moves. He's way too weak."
