"Hold this in your mouth and refine it for a moment. Remember, do not swallow it under any circumstances!"
The purple crystal stone was, of course, Spirit Marrow.
When the Chaos Scripture refined the External Incarnation for Mo Qi, it only used the Primordial Energy within the Spirit Marrow; the Spirit Marrow itself was not affected.
