The day has come. Ritsu's grandfather was on death bed. Seyong starts to get anxious, not because of his grandpa's sickness but about the property.
He went to their hometown where Ritsu and his grandfather were staying.
The estate sprawls across 50 acres of greenery and a big house, a testament to the family's wealth and legacy.
Seyong(step brother of Ritsu) enters in room. Ritsu was feeding juice to her grandpa, but he wasn't responding well.
Seyong ask Ritsu to wait outside as he wants to talk to his grandfather for very last time.
She respects their privacy.
"Grandfather are you feeling good?"
*chuckled*
"Huh, you don't need me now, you have your grand daughter taking care of you."
"Anyways I came here to see if you are in good condition to talk or not, but I guess now you can only listens to my words, what I am about to say." Seyong said.
"If you are thinking to give all your property to you daughter then she will be in big trouble.
I don't care how she will survive after you will be gone, she might not, if keeps meddle in our family matter."
"I am more worried about myself now, so please co-operate with me grandpa. Will you?
Your beloved Suho didn't come to see you?
You trusted him so much and never trust me." He was expressing his rage.
"My time will come soon. Only after you will be gone." He laughed.
Cardiac monitor starts beeping continuously. Ritsu enters room in hurry and called nurse. Nurse rushed and checked the pulses. The heart stops beating at a very moment.Everyone understood the situation.
The creepy silence spreads in the house. Ritsu starts crying, her tears streams down her face as she sobs uncontrollably.
Seyong was standing afar from the bed without saying a word, he keeps staring at floor. Acted all pity.
"Brother are you ok?" She asked in her numb & fluttering voice. She was too shocked to talk but wanted to check on her step brother.
"I am fine. This was destined to happen one day so it happens today." He speaks in dry voice.
He take out his phone and went outside the room to make calls. But, Ritsu was staring at her grandfather's body and crying. Her whole world fall apart at that moment. Her grandpa was the only one she got.
"I am sorry grandfather!
If I didn't take good care of you. Please forgive me." She sobs.
"I lost a gem of my life who took care of me, care for me, loved me for who I am! But, I promise I won't take you down!" She promised to take care of herself, this was the only thing her grandpa cared about.
