Hey, sorry about disappearing for the last few weeks.
Chapters will be uploading now to make up for the backlog over the next week or so, assuming my schedule keeps being as generous as it has been the last three or four days.
Hope everyone enjoys the chapters. Happy reading!!

Jun ate with one hand covering one eye, looking down at his food as he poked at it and took small bites.
The same group from the previous day's lunch sat around him, speaking softly enough not to worsen his headache.
Himiko sat close beside him, watching him more than she ate her own lunch.
On his other side, Momo slid a drink toward him.
"Keeping yourself well hydrated should ease the headache. However, it has persisted through most of the morning. Would it not be wise to return to Recovery Girl?"
Himiko looked sharply across Jun at Momo. "Jun's tough. He can tough it out."
Around them, the rest of the group talked about the morning's election.
"I had considerable difficulty choosing between Midoriya and Mori," Iida said. "However, Mori's proposal that no one be allowed to vote for themselves cemented my decision. It demonstrated that he understands the importance of rules."
"Yeah," Midoriya said. "That's why I voted for him too."
Ochaco looked toward Iida. "Wait, Iida. You talk kind of like a rich kid. You're super polite. Are you from a wealthy family or something?"
Iida pushed his glasses up. "My family has been involved in heroics for generations. I am the second son of the Iida family, and my elder brother is the current Ingenium. He leads Team Idaten."
"Dude, that's awesome!" Kirishima said. "Your brother's Ingenium?"
"Yeah," Mina added. "You must know all the ins and outs of hero work."
"I have been privy to certain information," Iida said, "but I am still only an aspiring hero. I intend to honor my family while becoming the next Ingenium."
Jiro looked toward Momo. "What about you, Momo? You were admitted through recommendation, right? Is your family involved in heroics too?"
Momo politely finished her bite before setting down her utensils.
"My family members are not heroes, but our businesses frequently work alongside hero agencies. After I expressed an interest in heroics, one of those heroes observed my training and offered to recommend me."
"Businesses?" Iida asked. "Which corporation?"
"They operate under the Yaoyorozu Group."
Jun cracked one eye open and glanced toward her.
I knew Momo was rich, but this rich? Girl has everything and still decided to become a hero. Mad respect.
"And you still decided to become a hero," Jun said. "That's honestly inspiring."
Momo looked toward him, momentarily taken aback.
Before she could respond, an alarm began blaring throughout the cafeteria.
Jun squeezed both eyes shut and grabbed his head.
"Ow!"
"SECURITY LEVEL THREE HAS BEEN BROKEN. ALL STUDENTS. PLEASE EVACUATE IN AN ORDERLY FASHION."
Everyone rose and hurried toward the exits.
"What is Security Level Three?" Iida asked.
A passing upperclassman looked back at him. "It means someone is trespassing on school grounds! I've never seen anything like this in the three years I've been here! Anyway, hurry up and get out!"
Jun tried to stand, but the surging crowd pushed him back against the table.
Himiko was swallowed by the crowd.
Jun shot out a hand, caught her arm, and pulled her back to him.
"Iida, what does it look like?"
Iida forced his way to the window.
"Jun! It's the press from this morning!"
Still holding Himiko, Jun lifted her onto the table before climbing up beside her.
"Momo, whistle!"
Momo created a whistle in her hand and tossed it up to him.
Jun caught it and blew the whistle.
Nearby students paused at the sharp sound, giving Jun just enough time to create #1.
#1 sprinted across the table and launched himself into the crowd, using the shoulders and heads of the slowed students as footholds toward the exit sign. He jumped and caught hold of a pipe running across the ceiling.
"Everyone, shut up!" Jun shouted.
"Uraraka, float me!" Iida called.
Ochaco touched him. Iida floated upward, activated his engines, and slammed into the wall near #1.
"EVERYTHING'S FINE!" Iida and #1 shouted in unison. "EVERYONE, EVERYTHING'S FINE!"
The crowd slowed to a stop.
From atop the table, Jun raised his voice.
"You're students of U.A.! Don't panic and cause a stampede!"
Iida shouted over the crowd.
"It is just the press from this morning! There is no need to panic! They are not villains!"
As the cafeteria calmed, Iida pushed away from the wall at a downward angle and floated toward the floor.
From the pipe above the exit, #1 looked down at him.
"Hey, can I get some help?"
"Oh, yes, of course!"
Iida held out his arms, and #1 released the pipe and fell into them.
#1's weight and momentum carried them down faster, though they still landed lightly.
Iida and #1 walked back toward the lunch table.
Jun helped Himiko down before stepping off the table beside her with one hand pressed to his head.
"Heads up," #1 said.
He tapped Jun's shoulder and remerged.
The returning memories rushed into Jun.
"My headache…"
Jun groaned and waited for his head to clear before looking up at Iida.
"Good job, Iida. You had the right idea."
"President Mori, it seems we both had the same idea."
"Yeah. You want to join the class council?"
Iida's eyes brightened, and he brought a fist to his chest.
"The responsibility of being on the class council? I would be honored!"
Teachers entered the cafeteria and began directing the crowd. Several students pointed toward Jun's table as one of them approached.
"Mori. Yaoyorozu. You're being called to the teachers' lounge."
Jun stood. "Right now?"
"It seems lunch has ended quite early," the teacher said, "so now would probably be best."
Jun and Momo stepped into the teachers' lounge.
Several large desks filled the room, dividers separating each teacher's workspace. Present Mic, Aizawa, and several other teachers were already inside.
Present Mic and Aizawa exchanged a look before turning toward them.
"We heard you handled the panic in the cafeteria well."
"That was good work," Aizawa said.
"Well, Class 1-A as a whole helped bring the panic under control," Jun said.
"Right on, little man!" Present Mic looked him up and down. "Or maybe not-so-little man."
Vlad King laughed from nearby before turning toward Class 1-B's representatives.
"Class 1-B, it may only be your first week, but you should follow Class 1-A's example."
Jun looked around at the other students gathered in the room.
They must've brought in the other first-year representatives.
Then he spotted Kendo's familiar orange hair.
Kendo caught him looking and smirked.
Jun raised an eyebrow before turning his attention back to the teachers.
The teachers explained that the press had breached the main gate and stormed onto school grounds. They told the representatives what they could report back to their classes and reminded them to help keep everyone calm during future emergency announcements.
"Are there any questions?" Aizawa asked.
Jun shook his head, wincing slightly. No one else spoke up.
"Then you're all dismissed, my dudes and dudettes!" Present Mic announced.
The students began shuffling out of the teachers' lounge.
Kendo walked over to Jun.
"Mori, right?" Kendo asked. "Didn't think you'd be Class 1-A's president."
"What's that supposed to mean?" Jun asked.
Momo stepped forward.
"Our classmates elected Mori-san because they trust his judgment and sense of responsibility."
Kendo looked between Momo and Jun.
"You've got a good vice president."
Jun shrugged. "Probably too good for me."
Kendo offered Momo her hand.
"Itsuka Kendo, president of Class 1-B."
As Momo and Kendo shook hands, Jun turned his attention to the boy standing behind Kendo.
I don't remember him from the anime at all.
Jun offered him his hand. "And you are?"
"Nirengeki Shoda. Vice president of Class 1-B."
"Nice to meet you, Shoda-san." Jun shook his hand. "We're all in the hero course, so we should work together when we can."
"Work together?" Kendo asked. "You're our competition, Mori."
"Maybe we are, Kendo."
Kendo offered Jun her hand. He took it, and both of them tightened their grips.
"So, martial arts?" Kendo asked. "Or do you just keep yourself in shape?"
"I could say the same to you."
They released each other's hands.
Aizawa and Vlad King walked past them.
"Get to class," Aizawa said.
Jun and Momo followed Aizawa back toward Class 1-A's classroom.
"Did you know Class 1-B's president?" Momo asked.
Jun shrugged. "I met her during the practical entrance exam."
Momo turned forward again.
"I see."
When Jun and Momo returned to class, he stood at the front of the room.
"The people who broke into U.A. were members of the media," he said. "The class did well helping bring the panic under control, especially Iida and Momo."
Jun looked toward Momo.
"Would you be all right with Iida-san joining the class council?"
Momo considered it for a moment before nodding.
"That should work."
Jun turned toward Iida.
"Then it's official. Welcome to the class council, Iida."
Iida stood from his seat.
"I will do my best to honor the position entrusted to me!"
"All right, everyone," Aizawa said. "Back to your seats."
The rest of the school day was subdued. The students were kept inside the classroom while U.A.'s staff investigated the break-in.
Once classes ended, everyone was allowed to go home.
When Jun arrived home, Himiko had already changed for the gym.
Jun moved to head upstairs and change, but Himiko stopped him with a hand against his chest.
"You need to rest."
"Yeah. If I go to sleep, are you gonna be..." Jun yawned. "Good?"
"I've been training with you for over a year now. I know what to do." Himiko lowered her hand. "But thank you for asking."
Jun drank some water and managed to get some food into him before heading to his room.
The moment his head hit the pillow, it was lights out.
