I hate to leave my works unfinished so if that were to happen I will leave this summary of how I see the story going, if you want to copy or write you own version then feel free, if anything I would love it if you could write the name of your work and where I can find it in the comment section.
I never found a HOTD or GOT fanfic where there are two or more transmigrator working together, I think that there is great potential in this and I hope that others will write fanfics of their own with the same theme.
Also the MC's original name was meant to be Shaera but I changed it to Daenerys, tell me which one you lime better, I don't mind changing it back.
I will not follow the outline perfectly and there are events that are not included.
Also the summary is badly written but I don't really care, I won't put focus on this when I can improve the story itself.

Spoiler!!!! you have been warned
Shaera Waters: The MC, Reincarnator, Rider of Silverwing, Dreamer, Pyromenser, Blood Mage.
Daena Waters: MC's little sister, future Rider of Gloria, Pyromenser.
Aenar Waters: Reincarnator, Rider of Vermithor, Pyromenser, Blood Mage.
The story revolves around two reincarnators, Aenar and Shaera Waters bastards born to princes Bealon and Eamon respectively; they live within a village on Dragonstone.
The two meet by chance and discover each other's true identities, they speak of what they know will happen and decide that the beliefs of the people of Westeros hold no power over them.
At the age of 12 the two teenagers decide to commit the greatest taboo in Westeros and tame Vermithor and Silverwing.
The little sister of Shaera Waters, envious of Aenar for spending time with her sister, followed them secretly and by chance she is claimed by a young hatchling. This forces Shaera and Aenar to change their plan less the villagers discover Daena and her hatchling.
Instead of waiting until Prince Daemon Targaryen leaves for the war in the stepstones, they use the time when he occupies Dragonstone and is confronted by Rhaenyra and Otto only to leave for his lady wife in the Vale as commanded.
That narrow stretch of time when the closest Dragon riders are Rhaenys and her son Laenor Velaryon is used by the three to flee Dragonstone with the aim to replicate what Daenerys Storm born would have one day done.
Undercover the cover of night the three children, two dragons and one hatchling make it to Essos, traveling at night, making it to Astapor on the fifth day.
Here their journey starts in ernest.
They trick the good masters into selling all ten thousand Unsullied and three thousand trainees.
They reform the practice of slavery, bring an end to the bloodline of the good masters, and march upon Yunkai.
However two mature dragons are not needed to take control of Slaver's bay, that is why Shaera makes use of what might as well be free time to travel to Bravos and destroy the house of Black and White.
"The gift of death has been granted to its servants" so was the message sent to the Sea Lord of Bravos with the sigil of the three headed dragon.
Given the distance and speed to which information travels no one yet knows of the actions of the three Dragon seeds, as such muddling their tracks and creating enemies for those that would hunt them down was the best course of action.
While Shaera was buying them time against the Targaryens, Aenar and his army made it to the gates of Yunkai but not knowing of the passage used by the Second Sons he had no choice but to use Vermithor to bring down the gate.
Once reunited the three little conquerors decided to solidify their rule before marching upon Meereen, this also serves the purpose of forcing the meereenise to bring together as many sellsword companies as they could, the more sellswords they burn away the less of them there will be when the free cities inevitably decide to fight off a new brood of dragon riders that wish to make Essos their home once more.
As anticipated the meereenise brought together an army of 48 thousand sellswords, but before they could reach the vicinity of Yunkai, Vermithor and Silverwing recreated the Field of Fire, killing all but a few hundred lucky enough to escape the trap laid for them.
Before the news of the massacre could spread, both Shaera and Aenar made their way to Meereen, burning every last ship so that none of the great masters could escape with thor wealth.
When you wish to burn a field you do it well or not at all, the masters and their families are to be killed to the last child, so is the understanding between Shaera and Aenar.
Slaver's Bay, soon to be renamed Dragon's Bay, will become the core of a new empire and so no dissent can be allowed to foster, that is also why the Ghiscari faith was all but erased.
The last hurdle was met leaving Meereen without a way to defend itself, and so it was also taken in less than a day.
All the wealth of the region was under the control of the little conquerors making their ability to invest in projects much easier.
At this point the Targaryens and the rest of the world start to hear of the existence of Dragon's Bay though most believe it to be nothing more than a rumor. Not the Targaryens for they find both Vermithor and Silverwing missing, not to mention the economic sanctions imposed by Bravos, along with their change in regards to the triarchy for now Bravos bankrolls their occupation of the stepstones.
And where once the Westory ships would only be taxed or captured if they decide to avoid paying, now Craghas Drahar has orders to loot then sink all Westerosi ships.
The war in the Steptones is thus far more bloody and forces the involvement of the other Dragon Riders of house Velaryon.
The mess in the Stepstones turns into a boon for Shaera, Aenar, and Daena.
It buys them all the time they dearly needed to fortify their positions, and they did so by creating more arable land to feed more of their growing population, teaching and producing glass, soap, and perfumes, but most important of all was their ability to drive away the Dothraki, thus expanding the territory under their complete control and opening new areas of trade by reopening the copper and iron mines long left empty due to the scourge of the Dothraki.
Olives and their oil became one of their greatest exports all thanks to Daena's love for them and use during soap making.
Another export born of need was the fishing industry, due to a joint blockade from Volantice and the Triarchy, goods from the west rarely made it to Dragon's Bay, thus reducing one of the major channels for food imports.
However, that also made it so Dragon's Bay would have an almost complete monopoly over eastern trade, for after solidifying their hold over the former Slaver's Bay they decided to erase the one nation that would never tolerate their existence, New Ghis.
For one week Vermithor and Silverwing bathed the most populated island of Ghis in fire, thus forcibly incorporating that territory. This was not done out of hatred but simple pragmatism. Astapor, Yunkai and Meereen might have been located within the core territory of the Old Empire of Ghis, but New Ghis is its true successor.
Its eradication was a necessity if the conquerors truly wished to hold onto what they took for themselves.
Sadly much of the territory of New Ghis was salted long ago following the victory of the Valyrians over the Ghiscary. It would take years of concerted effort to make the land arable once more, that was too long for a new country with three overpopulated cities, that is why they instead decided to make use of the coast by creating dozens of villages every few kilometers with easy access to the sea's bounty.
This reduced the congestion by about 40 thousand people, which in the grand scheme of things helped only a little. Another 110 thousand would be spread across the mountains but mostly around the river that feeds Meereen, those near the mountains will be used to reopen mines and expand the population of cattle, especially sheep. While the majority will create new farms around the Skahazadhan river.
The Dothraki will try to raid once more into Meereen only to be burnt but after learning from their mistakes they will divide themselves into small groups that will act like locusts.
This will force the two dragon riders to enact one of their plans in advance.
Mustering their army that grew to the size of 32,000 soldiers and 9,000 Unsolid, they marched upon Vaes Dothrak.
Burning a great many Khalisars along the way, followed by looting the city of the horse fords and enslaving all they could capture.
This act will force one of two actions from the dothraki, the first being the surrender of the remaining Khals and the understanding that Dragon's Bay is not to be touched, or more likely the creation of an alliance between the house lords to straight at those who dared to sack their sacred city.
Needless to say they chose the second option and so an army of 140,000 Dothraki screamers marched upon Meereen, and scream they did, for like the Sellswords before them they were annihilated in the third coming of the Field of Fire.
Shaera and Aenar made use of the very field their people planted to annihilate their enemy.
This of course was not the end for the Dothraki but it must be said that much of their strength was burnt away leaving only small Khalisars to roam the Dothraki Steps.
Shaera and Aenar made use of the prestige they built up over the four years after their conquests to diplomatically assimilate the Lhazareen and their territory. This was of much import for the territory of the Lhazareen was prime land to turn into farmland instead of the pasture it currency is.
Volantis used its influence over Mantarys, Tolos, and Elyria to create a coalition aiming to drive away the dragon riders that made Slaver's Bay their home, for that purpose a fleet of over 500 ships sailed for Astapor, they will be supported on land by an army of sellsword from the north of the continent numbering 25,000, 14 Khalisars added another 10,000 Dothraki to the march and a united army drawn from Volantice's satellite cities of Selhorys and Valysar numbering an other 16,000 men. All for a total of 51,000 men aiming to ravage the countryside and if possible take Meereen.
Needless to say all had plenty of scorpions however they did not account for two transmigrators with decent knowledge of science, and so the day the Volantine fleet sieged Astaport two massive dragons rose from the city, both carrying barrels in their talons, barrels they drops on unsuspecting ships without ever needing to be on range for the attackers, before the day turned to night 48 Valentine ships were sunk. A low conversion rate but one that provides complete safety.
The next day the fleet spread further apart, reducing the intensity of the sedge but also reducing the number of destroyed ships by half. It was clear that the fleet was unable to cause much destruction whilst their casualties were unsustainable, thus why they placed their hopes on the army drawing out at least one of the dragon riders.
Little did they know that most of the army was stationed in the lost city of Bhorash, a place from which the sellsword and Volantine armies intended to go through whilst the Dothraki took the more familiar passage north of the Painted Mountains, through the Dothraki sea.
On the 7th day after Astapor was sieged by the Volantine the fleet was reduced by 91 ships, but when every one thought that the dragons would once more take to the sky with their strange explosives nothing happened, believing it to be a ploy the Volantine maintained their strategy for three days and on the fourth they tightened their formation, increasing the damage to the city.
Within the city few exploding barrels remained indeed but that wasn't the reason why the bombardment stopped, the real reason is that similar to how they only had a few explosives left the fleet was also running low on scorpions, especially the ships closest to the city. By tightening their formation the Volantine made it all the easier for the dragons to burn the ships, on that day the dragons destroyed more ships through their dragon fire than the entire week of bombardment.
Of the 521 ships to siege Astaport only 304 remained, worst they too were running low on scorpions, but what broke their morale was when the next day the dragons returned to their strategy of bombarding from above.
On that very night the fleet retreated to Volantis, and so the ploy succeeded.
Aenar followed them from above for a day and a night, making sure that they are indeed retreating whilst taking the vocational plunge, destroying slow, isolated, and damaged warships.
Once the battle in Astapor was confirmed to be over the two dragon riders made their way to Bhorash. Later they would learn how their army of 40,000 defeated the Volantine's 41,000.
On the first day of battle 9,600 enemies died though most were sellswords, whilst they suffered 1,300 casualties. Though the dragon's army had fortified the city, their real objective was to prevent the Volantine army from reaching Meereen, so they had no choice but to sparingly rely on their fortification. Thus on the second day both sides tested each other, raining down arrows but not many died on either side. It was on the third day that the Volantine tried to flank the Dragon's army, something that was anticipated leading to much of their cavalry being shot down by a rain of arrows. On the fourth day both sides invested much of their strength but the result was another 4,900 dead on the side of the Volantine and 2,000 dead on the side of the dragons.
Having suffered so many casualties the Volantine general decided that they had three choices. The first was only considered for a moment, after all retreat would ruin him and his house. The second was to invest everything he had and try to break the enemy through either direct combat, hit and run tactics or by starving them, however due to the losses he suffered he is now the one with inferior numbers, and war is as much about strategy as it is about numbers. The third and final option was the one he preferred, tricking the enemy general by leaving part of his army behind whilst he continued his journey through a path other than the Demon Road.
Not a day after the Volantine left 10,000 sellswords behind they found the enemy catching up.
What no one knew was that Daena and her dragon were among the dragon army, more importantly they served as aerial reconnaissance at night. After the two armies met once more the sellswords deserted and the remaining Volantine had no choice but to surrender.
The Dothraki were the greatest problem of them all, they learned from their predecessors and so they once more used the locust tactic, fleeing at the sight of dragons whilst burning and killing all that were on their path, it took a month to drive them out completely, but in the end not even half of them could be killed.
If the Dothraki issue was not resolved then all would be for not, that is why for over a year Shaera and Aenar would take turns to go and hunt any Khalisar they could find.
Even then Dothraki still traveled the Dothraki sea, almost as if they grew alongside the grass.
Vaes Dothrak would be resettled, something the dragon riders anticipated and dearly wished for, so that one day they could burn it with as many horse lords as possible.
Before the war ended Aenar took his army and marched upon Tolos, within a day the city was sacked, the nobility and merchant princes were put to the sword, and the city added to the rising empire.
The trismigrators have much better understanding of the risks posed from the blood of dragon lord not of their house existing out there in the world and one of the cities where the possibility is the greatest after Volantis is undoubtedly Elyria, for that reason all with Valyrian features were quietly disposed of, on top of the nobility.
Truly the Targaryens are idiots, so is the faith of the seven, for bastards still have the potential to bond with a dragon. What matters to the Valyrians is blood above all else, something that was forcibly drilled into Daena and all future descendants.
The Meereenise fleet numbered a modest 130 ships however they had dragons on their side and so they launched a reverse invasion of Volantice.
It started with dragons dropping explosives into the palaces within the black walls of Volantis, it ended with the old families begging for mercy. Mercy was granted at the cost of much gold, Valyrian steel and books even rarer than the greatest of swords.
No doubt Volantis is full of dragon blooded Valyrians but the knowledge within the black wall is far too precious, precious enough for us to tolerate the risk Volantis presents.
One day we will have gotten as much of the knowledge locked within the black wall and when that day comes the old blood shall be no more.
Over the next few years the MC and her sister would marry Aenar starting a new lineage of Dragon Lords. During this time the world came to fully understand the new rising power of the Summer Sea and how three children, two really, managed to trick the Bravos, deceive the Triarchy, and start a war between three major powers to buy themselves the time needed to create an empire of their own.
The Iron Throne and the Tagaryens were turned into a joke. The Iron Bank and Bravos lost money in an embargo against Westeros and a war that was never theirs to begin with. Leaving the Triarchy as the only real winners, not that they manage to keep the Stepstones, but at least they only lost ships and sellswords, both things that can easily be replenished.
An agreement was forged between the Triarchy and the new dynasty to bypass the blockade from Volantice, further enriching both sides though Myr was furious over losing its monopoly over glass, thus an agreement was signed stating that glass will not be sold west for the next twenty years.
Not that either side intended to keep their word.
The transmigrators knew of the coming collapse of the Triarchy and more importantly the civil war that will soon bring the house of the dragon to its knees.
For that reason the three had collected three Eggs of Silverwing before their conquest along with four eggs laid during their time in Meereen.
In 114 AC the first child of Shaera and Aenar is born, it is a boy with perfect Valyrian features, his Egg hatches and so he bonds with a Golden dragon assumed to be Sunfire.
In 116 AC twin girls are born to Shaera and Aenar, only one of the eggs hatches naturally and so Shaera makes use of Blood magic to hatch the second a bond does form but the blood red and black hatchling is more independent than his blue sibling.
In 117 AC a son is born to Daena and Aenar, once more the egg does not hatch but blood magic is used, the hatchling is a mix of green and mud-brown in color.
In 119 AC Both Shaera and Daena give birth to girls, no dragon eggs are put in their crib, instead they will have them hatch when the girls are at the age of three to reduce the likelihood for them to challenge their elder sibling due to having smaller dragons.
The latest children of Shaera and Daena were born 124 AC. Shaera produces twins once more, though a girl and boy this time, whilst Daena birthed a son that would die a year later due to complications. The twins had eggs placed in their crib but neither hatched, the parents chose to allow the children to choose if their wish to inherit their parent's dragons or if their wanted dragons of their own, it would be decided that blood magic will once more be used to hatch their eggs due to the children's persistence and the possible risks of the youngest ones inheriting the largest dragons.
Observations will be made that the young dragons' growth rate is not much greater even if the hatchlings are allowed to grow without chains. The cause is determined to be the lack of a volcano to nest in.
The Isle of Cedar will be explored in hopes of finding a volcano for the dragons. No volcano was found however natural Hydrothermal vents were discovered giving hope that one exists or that it exists underground.
In 125 AC a massive project meant to turn the Isle of Cedar into the second Dragonstone started.
Fortifications are built, a naval base meant to patrol the Gulf of Grief is built on the southern side of the island where Velos once stood.
The forests were trimmed, initially used for the first stage of construction, but their purpose diminished when the builders started using stone and the newly invented bricks more often. Though the desired deforestation did not stop, the wood was instead used to fuel the forges, turned into charcoal and a myriad other things until the forest was reduced by a fourth, creating the desired living space.
The Isle of Cedar is meant to be the family home, the place where only the Pendragons may live. There will be a few fishing villages who will also provide the servants for the royals, fish to add to their diet, and serve as wood cutters to keep the forest as it currently is whilst selling the wood to the mainland.
The construction of the Pendragon seat will take a decade to finish but until then a small, in comparison estate was built for whenever one of the royals visit.
It might seem odd that the Targaryens had yet to act against the new house of Dragon Lords, but the reason was quite simple, Shaera was a dreamer in truth whilst also knowing what will come to be. As such she long ago made use of that knowledge to write a letter to the gullible Viserys frightening him with much of the knowledge of what would soon happen, but what she focussed on the most was her knowledge of the "Prince that was Coming" thus portraying their actions as necessary for the fulfillment of Aegon's prophecy. She also threatened that if any dragon rider were to travel east of Volentice then they would be killed on sight.
That letter was enough to keep such a superstitious man in line with our designs. As for the rest of the Targaryens they are bound to the traditions and beliefs of the Andals hence why they have no choice but to obey their king.
Shaera and Aenar jointly ruled their empire whilst Daena who whilst loved by both remain a queen in name only due to her lacking an education and not desiring to learn in the first place, instead she took care of the young children and spent time with other women of high standing.
Soon the time of Viserys' death approached, 129 AC was a year of bloodshed in Westeros. The Dance of Dragons started and Shaera had a front row seat to it all, her dreams showed her the events in Westeros, especially those that involved dragons.
She watched as dragons killed dragons, as Targaryens battled and killed and were killed in turn.
Soon Rhaenyra took Kingslanding and soon she would lose it, all is so clear in the dreams.
But what matters most to the ruling couple is the prize they've salivated over since the two met, the Citadel, the center of learning and the one place where the two mages can discover more about their magic and dragons, the two things that make this world so much worth it.
Before the coming revolt in Kingslanding, before the storming of the dragon pit, before house Targaryen can be brought low by the rabble of Westeros Shaera and Aenar decided to travel one last time to the continent they once called home.
Their aim being everything they could take for themselves.
First they would Loot Oldtown and take all within citadel followed by burning the building to the ground along The Starry Sept just as one last fuck you to the faith.
Then before the news could spread they flew ahead of their fleet to Kingslanding, right as things were getting truly dire, on the very day the Dragon pit was meant to be stormed.
Before the mob could get their hands on the dragons, Vermithor and Silverwing bathed the filth in dragon's fire.
Thousands screamed and died but that wasn't our purpose, instead we entered the pit and freed the dragons within. With our whips and dragons we herded the young dragons and made them follow after us, as for Dreamfire she took flight but did not follow, instead she landed near the Red Keep, being a dreamer I have an idea as to why she refused to leave, her rider Helena has just committed suiside. No doubt the she dragon is mourning her rider.
Too bad, Dreamfire is a beauty and quite fertile. The problem is that she is also big and powerful in her own right. Trying to force her to do anything would likely result in a battle, something we can't afford.
Luckily we got to save three young dragons, the problem is that two of them are too young to make the flight from Kingslanding to Dragonstone and too large for either Silverwing and Vermithor to tolerate riding upon them.
Instead of making the flight straight to Dragonstone we decided to hug the coast until we reach Crackclaw point, once there we can only hope that giving them a day's rest will allow them to make the journey.
With all our precaution all the dragons made it.
Our fleet was still ten days away but we had enough food to last us double the time.
Once our fleet arrives we shall do the same to Dragonstone as we did to Oldtown. In other words we will take everything and leave like bandits.
The problem was I had a dream that three dragons would do battle on Dragonstone and two of those dragons were Vermithor and Silverwing, the third was golden just like our eldest's dragon, I guess there were two Sunfires…
In the end none of that matters, Sunfire is wounded, I have seen it long ago as for his rider he is nothing more than a broken man.
We defeated the dragon but we did not kill him, no doubt he will die of the many wounds he's suffered but we will not commit the act of dragon slaying, in truth we would rather be kin slayers than slay dragons. Not that we had to, as soon as the gates of dragon stone were bashed open by Vermithor our soldiers made easy work of the rest of the resistance.
And so we looted every last thing of value from the fortress, be it gold, statues, books, even dragon bones. We also took the sword of kings Blackfire, there was no reason to leave it behind, Aegon II was slaying by one of our guards and the would-be Aegon III was no more than a broken child. He will be imprisoned for the rest of his life, never leaving his room or the eyes of his guards until the day he killed himself. As for the would be Viserys II, all we needed was to dock our ships in Tyrosh and was presented to us as a gift. This left the two daughters of Daemon Targaryen as the only ones with Targaryen blood in Westeros however a little known fact about dragon lords and why I did not care to look for Saera Targaryen, the blood weakens when passed down the female line unless they remarry into the male line, the lineage of the man is dominant in Planitos, that is why Baratheons all have black hair, why Stars have grey eyes, why Lannisters have Golden hair. The man is the head of the house for a reason, blood and magic are the greatest proof of it.
In other words the Westerosi Targaryens will, given a few generations, lose the ability to bond with dragons.
And so all our objectives were complete.
We are the single greatest house of Dragon lords in the entire world, we regained much of the knowledge of Valyria from both the Citadel and Dragonstone. We are amongst the wealthiest families in the world and all that when we start as small folk, bastards at that.
Now the world can only bow to us, give it a few years and we will start to colonise the Dothraki sea in earnest, and maybe one day our descendants will decide to conquer the rest of Esso. Honestly I can't bring myself to bother, as long as they know their place I am happy to leave them alone.
When we returned, Aenar, Daena, and I celebrated like never before. Resulting in the last pregnancy we will ever have, a girl for me and a boy for Daena, a future cadet house in the making.
As for the white Walkers let the Westerosi deal with them, the truth is every one was manipulating the house of the dragon to destroy those creatures whilst dying alongside them, that is the true song of Ice and Fire, and what we did was spit over hundreds of years of manipulations from Gods, mages, and mear men.
I will not have it, if they wished for our aid then they shall pay for it with their own lives.
I am not good with dates but these are approximately when the characters are born, don't quote me on this.
Viserys dies in 129 AC?
Rhaenyra born in 97 AC?
Shaera born in 95 AC?
Daena Born in 98 AC?
Aenar born in 90 AC?
Loot Oldtown and most of all the citadel
Kill all who can be traced back to house Targaryen or other dragon riding houses
