He quickly lit a prepared signal flare. A red light burst into the night sky, bright and striking. Seeing the signal, Yuan Shao's army flooded toward Lumiose Harbor. He Ji opened the main gates, welcoming his allies inside.
Yuan Shao's forces passed smoothly through Lumiose Harbor and advanced into the heart of Fontaine. He Ji's surprise attack had won them a precious advantage. In the days ahead, Yuan Shao's army would fight a fierce battle against the forces of Fontaine on this unfamiliar land.
