The morning after Valentine's Day, Hogwarts was louder than usual.
Breakfast buzzed with nonstop chatter.
Every table had students talking, laughing, whispering, or arguing about what had happened the night before:

Fireworks displays

And most of all.
The anniversary fireworks in the sky.
Alexander walked into the Great Hall mid-yawn.
His hair is slightly messy.
Eyes half-lidded.
But the moment he spotted Cho at the Ravenclaw table.
He woke up instantly and fixed his hair.
Like someone had cast an Energizing Charm on him.
He walked straight over and sat beside her.
As he settled down, he noticed it immediately.
The silver necklace.
Resting gently against her collar.
The blue gem shimmered softly in the morning light.
He stared a second too long.
Cho noticed.
She smiled sweetly.
"It's really beautiful."
She touched the locket lightly.
"Word already spread… all the girls are jealous."
Alexander blinked.
Then looked around.
And sure enough—
Girls at multiple tables were glancing over.
Some whispering.
Some are pointing subtly.
Some sigh dramatically.
Meanwhile, several boys were giving him very obvious death glares.
He couldn't help it and laughed.
Unbothered by stares, he continued eating beside her.
Mid-meal, he reached into his pouch and handed her a stack of photos and enchanted photos from the night before.
She gasped softly.
"You ready got them?"
"Of course."
She flipped through them excitedly:

Candid shots, she didn't even know existed
She pointed to several.
"I want extra copies of these."
He nodded casually and made duplicates for her on the spot.
They continued eating while quietly enjoying the photos together.
Meanwhile, at the Gryffindor table, there was pure chaos.
The twins were in full business mode.
They were selling:

Photos of failed confessions (high demand)

Fireworks couple name shots
Students crowded around them with coins in hand.
Some embarrassed.
Some proud.
Some are arguing over pricing.
By the end of breakfast.
The twins had fully recovered the money they'd lost to their mother.
And then made more.
This time, however.
They were smarter.
They didn't flaunt wealth.
They counted their earnings privately.
They were absolutely determined to never lose money to their mother again.
Once sales slowed, they left helpers in charge and rushed off.
Target located.
Alexander and Cho.
Fred slid in first.
"Hey Cho... did you like our gift?"
George followed.
"Yeah, we thought extra hard."
They both started laughing.
Alexander didn't.
He slowly raised his wand.
They froze mid-laugh.
Smiles locked on their faces.
Bodies stiff.
"It was harmless!" Fred forced out.
"Prank of love!" George added.
Cho burst into laughter.
"Alex, put your wand down."
He held it a second longer…
Then lowered it.
They immediately relaxed.
The twins weren't done.
Fred leaned closer.
"By the way… all the guys want to kill you right now."
George added.
"And all the girls want to date you."
They both pointed dramatically at Cho's necklace.
"It's because of that."
"Too expensive."
"Too beautiful."
"You're making everyone jealous."
Alexander shrugged casually.
"Not my fault, my parents are rich."
Cho laughed.
The twins froze.
Defeated.
Emotionally wounded.
They turned and stormed off.
"Someday we'll be richer than you!"
"You just wait!"
They left dramatically, muttering complaints about unfair wealth advantages.
After breakfast, before class began.
Alexander and Cho walked together to the Owlery.
Morning air was crisp.
Snow still layered the rooftops.
They carried:
Letters to family
Valentine photos
They carefully tied the letters to owls.
Cho smiled, watching the birds take flight one by one.
Another set of memories.
