The Azure Blue Owl had three skills: [Azure Sight], [Flashing Speed], and [Sharp Lethality].
[Azure Sight — Grants the user incredible eyesight and perception.]
[Flashing Speed — Allows the user to blink continuously from one spot to another. Spiritual energy increases proportionally to the distance travelled.]
[Sharp Lethality — Every attack contains a lethal sharpness, cutting down even metals with a mere graze.]
Each was powerful and useful, though he could say that to any Tier III Beast skills as of now.
