The probability of someone distributing water to me, would be a 90 percent rate.". Suddenly the symbols dissappeared, and her arms stopped glowing purple. Veronica looked confused for a moment "Hm? Why didn't it work?", she asked herself. It wasn't up to two seconds later before she heard a huge [BOOM], like as if water started rushing out and scattering objects "Huh?", she turned back "What was that?". Before she could make sense of anything, a soldier barged in "LADY VERONICA! THIS IS BAD!", Veronica jolted "AAH! WHO THE HELL ARE YOU?! MATTER OF FACT, WHY WOULD YOU RUSH INTO MY OFFICE LIKE THAT?!". The soldier explained "Forgive my rudeness ma'am but something bad's happened.", Veronica calmed down and asked "What's the situation?". The soldier explained with worry "The water machines all over the city's exploded!", Veronica had a look of confusion written all over her face "Huh?". The soldier tells her "People all over the city have been complaining about their water machines since last week.", Veronica became worried with a confused smile "I never knew that.", the soldier tells her again "A lot of citizens have been depending on using their own water techniques to cater for themselves all through the weeks ma'am.", Veronica thought again with a more worried tone "I never knew that....", the soldier complained again with a much more terrified and scared tone in his voice and facial expression "AND TO MAKE IT WORSE, PEOPLE HAVE BEEN PANICKING ABOUT THE FACT THAT WATER HAS BEEN TOO COLD LATELY. EVEN WHEN THEY PRODUCE WATER DUE TO THEIR OWN TECHNIQUES AND HEAT THEM UP, WATER'S STILL TOO DAMN COLD!", the soldier who was explaining with such a worried expression had also gone through said problems for two weeks straight now. Veronica thought again, synchronising with the soldiers tone "I NEVER KNEW THAT!". Meanwhile, at that time, Alex was at home looking at his bathroom being the equivalent to a large scale swimming pool, he had a bored and uninterested look written all over his face as freezing cold water shot out from his toilet while the floors of his bathroom were flooded. Alex at the time was speechless as he watched "Should I... blow a hole through the walls so the water can escape somewhere?", Shenragon's words echoed in his head "If you do that, you'll disturb the neighbours.", Alex thought internally in response to him "You're right.". In current day, after having that memory of what she had caused, Veronica had a confused and chilling smile on her face, the kind of smile a person would force out when they remember something cringe they once did "Yeah, I'm never messing with probability again.". She stretched her hand out, summoning an orb into her palm. She looked at it for a moment "The orb of probability. It has the ability to create all sorts of possibilities at the very moment, I can use it to make the world a better place with just one command.", she said to herself. After a moment of quiet, Veronica shrugged off the thought with a silly smile "EHN! Who cares about the world being a better place without wars and stuff.", she tossed the orb to the side, causing one of her shikigami's to jump out of a purple rift below her, swallowing the orb. Veronica scoffed with a look of confidence and folded arms "Hm! Now that i have that in my possession, I don't see the need to worry at all.". She looked forward with an expression that could have been considered a dark smirk "I've done my part, now, it's left to you all to do yours, okay? My precious Elite Squad.".
