Mori and his alternate version were face to face against one another after the battle they just had. Mori asked "The true representation of a Katakuri? You're talking bad about my clan.", Mori's alternate version, also known as the embodiment of his [Pride] said to himself in response "I'm not talking bad about your clan you fool. I'm just saying you've grown soft. Compared to me, what you could have been? You're nothing.". Mori stood up, his wounds were regenerating through absorbing energy from his surroundings "Oh, really? How so? Because last time I checked, I just blasted you point blank on the face.". Pride(What I'll be calling this alternate Mori) responded "And I was doing more damage to you than you did to me!", he continued to explain "You know the Katakuri's rule, don't you? No one is above us, everyone is beneath. But you.....". He remembered being defeated by Alex back then at the assassination exams, how he hangs around Alex and the rest of his friends, how he tends to goof around a little "Ever since you were defeated, you lost your edge. You've become soft and dull because of those fools. And because of that, you've considered those fools as your equals.", Mori's eyes were narrowed while looking at his Pride. Pride stretched his hands out "I am the you who continued to look down on others because he could! I am the you that was supposed to be brutal and unempathetic towards others. I am what you fail to be as a Katakuri.", Mori was already annoyed. He clicked his tongue "Again with this (True Katakuri) shit?!", he took a moment to think to himself "To be honest, he's not lying. In fact, I still remember being thought that everyone was weaker than us. Not just that, i remember dad telling me something I should never forget.". Mori remembered himself at the age of eleven years old, he and Tendra Katakuri(His dad. Messy blue hair, and a sword around his waist.) "Mori, you are well aware of how we Katakuri's operate. Right?", Mori replied "Yeah, I'm very much familiar with our ways, dad. You along with mom and everyone else had already taught me that.", Mori's eyes looked like that of a killer as he glanced at his dagger "We Katakuri's are on top, and always will be.". Tendra looked at his son with a side eye before looking front "Mori, I want you to always remember this. Yes, the Katakuri clan are better than everyone else, no one can ever match our power and skills. We look down on others because we're better than them. All that being said...", Tendra's eyes became firm and serious "Be sure to understand what your enemy can do. Assess their abilities and build counters towards it. We might be the strongest fighters around, no doubt. But still, there are people who can push us to the brink of failure, including death.". Tendra started to have vague memories of a fight he had in a tournament against a girl when he was just 13, he remembered how he struggled in that fight, as well as other fights and missions back in his time. Tendra's eyes were still serious "Mori. Rather than assume your dominance, you should prove it. If you want to live long as your own person, and my son, don't forget that.". At the current time, Mori stood firm, his eyes shadowed as he thought "That's what dad taught me. We were already from a strong clan, but rather than assuming people are weaker than me....", blue energy started to radiate around him "I should prove it, even tho it's obvious that im the better fighter.". Mori glared at Pride "And I'm going to prove to you that I'm better than you.", Pride raised an eye brow. Mori called out [LIMIT BREAK: SWORD DEMON!], a tramendous amount of thick blue energy shot out of him. His sword fused with his left arm, turning itself into a sword of energy. Mori's other hand changed into a blade of blue energy as well, along side his hair becoming more spiky and turning into nothing but blue energy. Pride witnessed the kind of power blasting out of Mori's body as he activated his [LIMIT BREAK]. He said "Depending on that last result move? That thing only works when you're willing to end fights. And let's be real, you're not ending this one, Mori! Especially when you haven't even mastered the power yet.". Energy shot out of him as well, matching Mori's output. Pride's arms turned into slim sharp gauntlets of blue energy, his legs were covered with sharp leg armor made from his power. Not just that, but his torso was covered with blue energy that shaped into an armor "See this, Mori?", Pride grew a grin on his face, his power levels going berserk as the energy radiating from his body covered his face and turned into head armor. His transformation was complete "This is what you call a true [LIMIT BREAK!]. LIMIT BREAK: SWORD KNIGHT!". Mori thought to himself "Limit break was a technique that Sughi sensei taught me, it's the ability to draw out your latent potential at the right moment. Only a person who has troubles getting stronger should be able to use this. But because its something I only unlocked a few months ago, I haven't mastered it yet, especially due to how time somehow crashed on itself.". Mori looked at Pride's limit break "But he.....", the energy shooting out of him was intense, more intense than Mori's himself "He's on a different level than I am.". Mori continued to think "The only way I can beat him is through endurance. His limit break is stronger than mine, but it's at best twice that of my current limit break.", Pride mocked "Do you know the level of strength we're operating on now...?", Mori thought "If I depend only on long range and power output without affecting my energy reserves, I can win!", Pride continued his talking "We both are operating at A-rank level, now. Which means you and i have enough power to wipe out a whole country when we want to.". Mori continued to think to himself "After ive depended on that tactic, I'll use my sword demon abilities to set sword traps...", Pride continued to elaborate "And right now, I'm twice your strength. Meaning I'm not only stronger than you in combat, I'm already faster than you and can produce more power.". Mori's thinking didn't end "And if I were to follow that tactic through....", Pride's tone shifted to excitement "And if i follow all the necessary tactics I need to beat you...." they both exclaimed, Mori's eyes narrowed with quiet killing intent, and Pride's with arrogant excitement "I'LL WIN!", they declared. Mori and Pride charged towards each other, both moving at speeds 8 times faster they're previos one's. Pride yelled out "IM GOING TO BREAK YOUR SPIRIT AND DOMINATE YOU, YOU WEAKLING!". Mori exclaimed with cold rage, his eyes looking like a killer "And I'm going to slit yout throat and cut your head off so you never talk again! YOU ARROGANT FAKE!".
