Based on the previous two auxiliary chapters here's what's happening in regards to Lands and titles, after chapter 17 drops I will update it to include marriages. Because I am growing fed up with people arguing for stuff that is not only not going to happen, but is way too late to happen anyway. I don't know if most of you guys realize this but people who subscribe to Patreon or buy my GoT: The Artificer collection are automatically up to date and are at least two chapters ahead of everyone else at any given time, so people arguing for one thing or for another is quite literally too late because I only restarted working on this story a couple days ago. That's a four maybe a five month break which has it's own problems since I can't find half my god damn notes. Anyways, rants over here's who's getting what:

Lordship of Stony Shore and Sea Dragon Point: Arya Stark.
The Gift: Rickon Stark.
Moat Cailin: Waymar Royce. (Don't Argue)

Now, I was going to originally either split the Gift into Brandon's Gift and the New gift and split it between Bran and Rickon or I was going to split Stony Shore and Sea Dragon Point between Arya and Bran. Then I decided to let Bran become the Three-Eyed Raven, which meant that Arya got the Lordship - well Ladyship - of both Stony Shore and Sea Dragon Point. So neither scenario for Bran will end up happening. Considering what we have found and will find at the locations listed in the first auxiliary chapter, and the Northern Small Council in the second one, and the marriages that will be discussed in greater detail from chapter 17 onwards, and the expansion of Project Basilica, I needed a Stark in charge of the Gift, Sea Dragon Point, and Stony Shore, preferably one capable of getting it up and being able to have maybe more than ONE child if at all or capable of bearing more than ONE child.
So Bran is not getting anything, Arya gets the largest swath of Land, Rickon gets the second largest, and Waymar gets Moat Cailin. That last one is by far the most contentious apparently. It's not up for discussion though, because the leading argument appears to be that as the gateway to the North it should be given into the hands of a Stark. Well considering it is the only place of relative import that doesn't have a special ore or resource, and Waymar WILL be Hand of the King, it makes more sense to make him Lord of the Causeway and Moat Cailin. And just to be clear, Waymar, his brothers, his sisters, and his father all have Stark Blood. It's a large part in why Yohn ''Bronze Yohn'' Royce was just short of outright rebellion against Lysa in Books when Lysa refused Brynden's plea to aid Winterfell and Riverrun against the Lannister's. So the argument it shouldn't be Waymar and instead be someone of Stark Blood, Stark Descent, or a Northern Bannerman rings hollow, because strictly speaking Waymar is of all three, and his brothers, his father, and his sisters will be Northern Bannerman eventually if everything meshes well and flows right. Besides Waymar's eldest brother Andar will Marry Sansa and his older brother is going to be a Northern Kingsguard.
