Chapter 2 - The introduction and start 2

Our comrade watched the little girl as she washed herself, and felt the marks of the teeth that had been left on her neck, while he meditated deeply.

'Feeding hungry people is good, but I shouldn't overdo it, or I might end up dead sooner.' And as soon as the girl's habits of washing and her white skin had subsided she stood before him with curiosity and calmness.

He looked at her and said

"There is no thank you word, instead of looking and the question marks and exclamation points are visible on your face.

She answered him in a voice that did not belong to the child of one who had lived many lives

"Why did you do this?? And how do you know I didn't kill you?"

He replied, sighing in response to her questions that didn't require his eyesight

" I can tell you are acting before I feel your eyes, I have already met the thieves of this village and they are only four Rastin, Niren, Leith, and lastly Michel. They had divided the days of the week between them for my robbery and it so happened that yesterday was the day they agreed not to rob me on this day. This is the first reason why I am sure that you are not their acquaintance who came to the village by chance and my reason for knowing this was because the board which I put in the place where I put money, had been ridden without mentioning that you made a mess of the place more than I usually do.

He said this and Silas looked at her to make sure she was paying attention when he finished

"And the reason why I'm sure you're hungry is because you hide in a pile of food so no one hides there except the starving, but the reason I was sure you won't kill me is because I noticed your claws clutching at right that I wanted Valley to do when I was adding chaos to the house or rearranging and being smart" He paused as he looked at her waiting for her to react to his words He didn't wait long for her to say more questions.

" But that doesn't answer my question, I could have drained all your blood and simply killed you " She said this as her white fangs tried to intimidate him and she was foiled by his response

" You could have Valley more than once in a traditional time for you or when I was holding the knife but you didn't do it or contain escape only my representative more, though this would answer your question Leave if there is no other way so that I am currently moving you bat "

She remained silent, amazed at his answers which she could not manipulate and kept on staring at him while he collected various things in his house and as soon as he gathered what he wanted, he looked at her with understanding and said

" What are you waiting for Gadri, I can't afford another one, if you had his thoughts to follow me.

She paused and said

"What makes you think I want to follow you?"

He said like it was a normal thing to happen

"It's clear to you and I am not the first bat that they have met.I have met several batsmen before, so leave now"

As soon as she heard his answer, she turned to leave, but his next words stopped her.

"Don't forget to take your knife with you, I don't want any problems.I will meet you later. What I have is enough for me.

She stopped and looked at him with a touch of fear and said

" Who are you ? You are not a normal person?? "

He answered her with a sigh

" Ha ha, my friend or not I am the most normal person you will ever meet in your life everything is about you and every single person or being you have met are not normal.

She was silent as she looked at him in disbelief and then he said something that made her feel weird and scared

"Ah, except for our companion who was watching me from yesterday, I think he is a normal person too". He said as he left his house

It was not long after he had gone, when someone else appeared at the girl's side and said to her, bowing low

"You think he noticed me, ma'am". she retorted, not sure of her answer

" I don't know, he is the most crooked person I ever met in my life.

No sooner had she said this than they disappeared as if they hadn't been here before.

Our companion carried a pile of things and moved between shops to sell them but did not wash his blood which was the main reason for the new rumour that he had become a serial killer, and as soon as they were sold, night had already come.

He usually went home and found that the girl had left and the painting, which was thrown, had returned to its place, so he entered his house.

And grandfather was better organized than he had been in the morning, and changed into a new bedside manner. And near his pillow he placed a letter close to it,and he knew it was one of the thieves from the village, only that its administration had a drawing of two daggers on it.His contents were childish complaint about not having any money left for them.So I knowed that its writer is Lhasa Nerin and ended up asking him if he needed help with something.

Namely, to this letter that he does not know that she was complaining about the lack of money for them even though they do their best in an agreement or worry about a friend of theirs, so he took one of the pens which were placed on a small bookcase near the bed and wrote them an apology for not keeping the money they had agreed upon and why he did not leave it and go to sleep.

And as soon as morning dawned he was doing the same routine as before, and nothing different but that he had washed himself and put away the stains of blood which spread all over him before putting money for the thieves in the usual place under the tablet with money written here and there.

And he sees by this next daily routine without any difference until the day of the traders.

I get up early, he collects all his books and goes to greet them, offering these books for sale and a good profit.

The place where the merchants gathered was in the middle of the village which was empty all the time except for occasions and celebrations, and he noticed that the merchant caravan consisted of fifteen horse-drawn wagons and between each carriage two members of the mercenary outfit were spread out, one armed with sword, the other with bow or spear; the caravan had a circular shape

And mediated by her, there was a wagon better than the rest and two people came out of it and the headman of the village received them with a welcome even he interceded with a man in the middle who was dressed appropriately and showed signs of wealth and pride. It is possible to swear that this was the leader of this expedition easily and the other was a girl wearing ordinary armor and beautiful clothes With some common courtesy, she was introduced to the village chief by the caravan leader, who raised his voice and he knew her names.

"Welcome, my comrade Sileus and O Mother of the Bride Nasreen.

He bowed as soon as he mentioned the name of the girl who looked to be about seven or eighteen years old with a full head of hair which glinted in the sunlight warning the villagers and showing respect for the nobility.

As soon as the process of reception was over, the merchants and villagers began to present their tents and offer their wares.

'Looks like we'll have a celebration tonight, it's a good thing this assures me the thieves will leave until the merchants are gone for fear of the maiden's family and show nobility in showing kindness to the villages he visits by apprehending criminals.

'This is because there are so many targets for them to steal after the Merchants leave, and that there will be a death-blow because they don't steal during the celebrations.

As soon as he had finished his analysis of the coming days, and came to an empty place where it was convenient to sell his books and some things which he kept well hidden from the thieves, he spread out a patch of cloth and scattered his wares.

There were no strange accidents during the day until sunset and another light before she was given to us; so when the headman of the village took the noble woman with him, he moved between the tents of the villagers until they reached him.

He rose and made a perfect bow that did not belong to someone who lived in the village welcoming them, then he raised his head looking into her grassy eyes

"I am honored to meet one of the future mayors of the kingdom.

The young noblewoman stopped before him in amazement, and said to him:

" Wow, it's rare to find a villager that knows the etiquette of welcome.

The head of the village answered her, laughing as he remembered his name

"Hahaha, of course let me introduce you to him he is a village intellectual Silence is very knowledgeable and one of the rare things that does not do well" He puffed out his chest as if proud of one of the best members of his village in front of her, forgetting his previous attempts at getting rid of it, she answered pretending to be surprised and generous

"I am glad that there are those who seek knowledge in our lands, I came by chance and visited the city. Come to my family's palace. We will find a place for you.

Fred silenced her, thanked her enthusiastically and bowed

" Thank you, Anstey, I am happy to serve Count Valer "

As soon as she heard his answer, she skipped past him, ignoring his words and thinking, 'No matter how cultured the villagers are, they remain villagers.

No sooner had they gone some distance than he sighed a careless whisper

"Hahaha.. , it is well that I heard the name of this land owner from merchants I had already forgotten".

He straightened with his bow, and stroked the back of the young noblewoman and head of the village, who turned to the caravan master, announcing that their patrol had ended, wondering

" I wonder if the nobles and those in power know that no one cares whether or not Kanu exists?? "

" No answer?? "

He looked around, then paused in the direction of Muen, looking out into space where his eyes shone with the last rays of sun before nightfall.

No sooner did he break silence than his questions were answered, and no sooner did he gather up the rest of his wares and return home.
