Chapter 3: Job Hunt
Nam-hyuk saw the six beautiful girls.
Saving Seol Yoon from embarrassment, he quickly changed the topic.
"My name is Kim Nam-hyuk. Please take care of our Seol Yoon." He bowed slightly and said with a smile.
"My name is Oh Haewon. Nice to meet you, Kim Nam-hyuk oppa." Haewon bowed respectfully.
"My name is Jang Kyujin. Nice to meet you oppa."
"My name is Bae Jinsol. Nice to meet you oppa."
"Nice to meet you oppa." x3 (Jini, Lily, Jiwoo)
The girls bowed respectfully and introduced themselves one by one.
The scene was quite lively. Fortunately there are no other customers in the coffee shop.
"What do you guys want to drink? It's my treat. You can also add some cake." Nam-hyuk gave his card to Seol Yoon and looked at her with a smile.
"You can just order me an iced americano." Nam-hyuk added.
Seol Yoon nodded and the girls discussed what to order, while Nam-hyuk sat back down.
The girls went to Nam-hyuk after ordering. Seol Yoon sat next to Nam-hyuk on his right side while a head popped out on the left side.
"Oppa, can we visit your house next time?" Kyujin asked coquettishly with shining eyes.
Seol Yoon on the other side pouted, as if something belonging to her got taken away. She thought [This is my Oppa.]
"Of course! You guys can go with Seol Yoon and I'll cook for you guys." Nam-hyuk said with a smile.
"Really?! Can Oppa cook? Then it's a promise oppa!" Kyujin and others were excited in their hearts.
"Um." Nam-hyuk nodded with a smile.
Although the dishes I cook are only average, the vegetables aren't ordinary so it will taste delicious. Nam-hyuk thought.
"How is your practice going?" Nam-hyuk asked Haewon and others.
"It's okay. It's hard but it is satisfying. But the company doesn't have any plan of forming another girl group yet since ITZY seniors was just launched. " Haewon said with a smile.
"I'll leave Seol Yoon in your care. She easily gets shy." Nam-hyuk said and glanced at Seol Yoon who was pouting and blushed.
"Leave it to us oppa." The girls answered in unison.
The drinks were served and Nam-hyuk got up prepared to return.

"Okay, you guys enjoy your drinks and cakes. Me and Seol Yoon are going. "
Nam-hyuk and Seolyoon both got up and left.
"Yes! Thank you Oppa. See you next time." Everyone bowed slightly and waved to Nam-hyuk.

"Hey, Nam-hyuk oppa is so handsome!" Jinsol muttered with shining eyes.
"Yes. And he's so gentle, carefree, and generous." Jiwoo said while munching a cake.
"I want an Oppa too." Lily added to the side.
They continued to eat while chatting.
Back in the car..
"Does my Yoon-A want to go shopping?" Nam-hyuk smiled dotingly.
"No Oppa. I want to go home and relax."
She missed her Nam-hyuk oppa who was very good to her. And she just wants to accompany him when she has free time.
They arrived at the house and Seolyoon changed into her rabbit slippers and went straight to the sofa and turned on the TV.
Nam-hyuk went to the fridge and washed the fresh strawberries from the game which were big and red. He placed it in front of Seol Yoon who picked one and ate.
"Oppa, these strawberries are fresh and delicious!" Due to the strawberry's 'increase in appetite' stats, Seol Yoon ate with relish.
"Um. You can bring some to your friends when you go back. I also made some kimchi and it also tasted delicious. I'll pack some for you to bring back." Nam-hyuk said proudly.
"Okay Oppa!" Seolyoon nooded.
"How was your practice? Is it hard?"
"It's hard but also fun." Seol Yoon answered.
"Don't push yourself too hard and remember to rest." Nam-hyuk said softly and patted Seol Yoon's head.
"Arasso Oppa~."
"Oppa, why don't you find an easy and interesting job? It's better to meet people than staying alone in your house doing nothing or in daze, right?" Seol Yoon asked carefully.
Seol Yoon can't help but think of her oppa sometimes, thinking he might be depressed being alone especially when his parents passed away.
Although it doesn't seem noticeable, she can still see some sadness in his eyes.
She felt sorry for his oppa but being a trainee is also tiring and she is sometimes busy with the practice, she can only accompany him on weekends.
"Oppa you can apply to be an agent in the entertainment industry. Try JYP Company since I'm in JYP too. Agents only have miscellaneous tasks and the job is not heavy."
Being an agent doesn't seem hard, and you only need to check your artists from time to time.
"You graduated from Yonsei University, you have a high qualification. I'm sure you can get in easily. I can also ask the HR department about it."
Nam-hyuk himself was not very familiar with the entertainment industry. Most of the things he knew about this circle were mentioned by Seol Yoon during the chat.
Usually she talks about TWICE all the time. Naturally she hopes her oppa can work in the same company as her.

Seol Yoon got interested and probably guessed which girl group it was.
Since Nam-hyuk doesn't need much money, there is no need to pursue high position careers. Just treat it as meeting new friends and have fun.
He got a game that can give a stable income plus some savings.
Nam-hyuk picked up his phone and dialed his friend's number.
"What's up Hyuk! Did you miss me?" Said on the other end of the phone.
"No. Seungho, are you busy? I'm gonna work as an agent, you said you knew someone who's looking for a management staff?" Answered with disgusted expression.
Both of them were classmates in college and they can be considered as best friends . Lee Seungho is from a wealthy family but Nam-hyuk doesn't know how wealthy.
"Yes, my cousin is a member of that company's temporary girl group but they will disband next year. You can experience it before they disband." Lee Seungho explained slowly.
"Okay. I'm gonna apply on monday. I'll treat you to a meal next time." Nam-hyuk agreed immediately.
"No problem. Let's drink next time. After they disband you can go to my dad's company and continue to become an agent to my cousin's next girl group." Seungho said.
"By the way, which company is the one who got the temporary girl group?" Nam-hyuk asked.
"It's Off The Record. I'll call and inform my acquaintance there so he can accept you right away." Seungho said with a cheeky tone.
"Okay, Thank you brother!" Nam-hyuk said with gratitude and hung up the phone.
"It's done. I'm gonna apply for an agent position on Monday but probably only for formality since Seungho knows someone who's working there." Nam-hyuk said to Seol Yoon with a smile.
Seol Yoon nodded. She might not be able to accompany her oppa since it was scheduled on monday. She thought her Oppa won't be lonely anymore so she didn't feel bad.
Nam-hyuk checked the game on his phone and controlled and continued to do some fishing. He caught a small bass and placed it on his inventory to release it in his pond to raise.
After a while he went back to his farm and harvested the crops, sold some of it on the store and accumulated about 10,793 gold coins which can be converted to $10,793.
Nam-hyuk doesn't need to widraw the gold coins for the time being since he still has money in his bank.
He can still afford a luxury car and a property. It was his parents' savings over the years and there's still a lot of it.
After his parents passed away, all the property and money was transferred to his name as he is the only son.
I will save the gold coins for now, it might be of use in the game in the future or emergency funds. Nam-hyuk thought.
Afk gaming is still the best. Nodded with satisfaction.
Nam-hyuk cooked braised pork belly. The aroma wafted through the living room and Seol Yoon couldn't help but swallow.
"Yoon-A let's eat." Nam-hyuk shouted.
Seolyoon washed her hands and started eating. She ate with relish like a hungry ghost.
Nam-hyuk wiped the corner of her mouth, while Seol Yoon cooperated by raising her head. Nam-hyuk shook his head with a smile.
"Eat slowly. I won't snatch them." Nam-hyuk said softly.
"It's so delicious Oppa! Your cooking improved a lot. And the kimchi tastes good too."
Seol Yoon was very satisfied with the taste and ate a lot. She noticed that she felt warm on her body and didn't know why. She was also thinking worriedly that she needs to add some exercise to release all the calories,
Thanks to the game's vegetable stats the food tasted better.
Monday…
Nam-hyuk woke up and took a shower. Clean face, lazy eyes, slightly long wavy hair, dressed in a slim fit suit with a white shirt looking like a domineering CEO in dramas.
Seol Yoon couldn't help but stare at him with shining eyes. My oppa is so handsome.
After getting ready he sent Seol Yoon back to JYP Company and went to Off The Record. He met with Park Min-jae who was an acquaintance of Seungho and is the Administrative Director of the company.
He didn't know how powerful his best friend was. Just the way Mr. Park treated him respectfully, Nam-hyuk can roughly guess that he should be very powerful.
Nam-hyuk can choose to stay or stop working after the group disbanded. Seeing that there's no problem he signed the contract and shook hands with Director Park.
Director Park picked the contract and gave it to HR staff.
"You can start from today Nam-hyuk-ssi and you can meet the children in the practice room.
The group was a temporary girl group called Iz*one from the talent show Produce 48. There are 12 of them from different companies.
You will be in charge of Kim Minju, which is under the Management SOOP company.
This company is the subsidiary of Kakao Group. Of course you will take care of them but you are the exclusive agent or life assistant of Kim Minju." Director Park explained.
"That is your workstation." Director Park points at the computer outside the office.
"Do you want to meet Iz*one now?"
"Okay I'll meet them first."
