Jay's POV:
When he said let's play Truth or Dare, I already knew he was planning something dangerous. He started the game.
Keifer: Truth or Dare?
Jay : Truth!
He leaned closer, his lips almost near my ear. He said in a low voice.
Keifer : When I kissed you in the tent… did you wanted me to stop?
My heart jumped. I remembered that moment. His hands around me. The warmth. The way I held his shirt.
I shook my head slowly.
Jay : No.
He didn't move back.
Keifer : Do you wanted me to kiss you longer?
My face burned. I looked straight into his eyes this time.
Jay : Yes.
I blurted out before realizing that what I said. For a second, he looked surprised. Then he smiled slowly.
Keifer : Good
I pushed his shoulder lightly.
Jay : My turn, Truth or Dare.
He smirked.
Keifer : Dare
I leaned closer.
Jay : Don't touch me for the next one minute… no matter what I do.
His smile faded.
Keifer : That's unfair.
Jay : You said Dare and that's a Dare.
I shifted closer to him again. Our shoulders touched. Then I leaned slightly, my face near his. He stayed still. I slowly leaned forward again, closer than before. Our lips almost touched. Almost. But I didn't kiss him. I just stayed there.
And pulled back instantly when time completed.
Keifer : You're evil, jay.
I smirked.
Keifer : Truth or Dare.
I knew that if I chose Dare, he will give me something ridiculous to do, so I chose Truth.
Jay : Truth.
Keifer : Ok, so who was your first kiss.
I didn't hesitate. I said directly looking into his eyes.
Jay : You.
His eyes widened.
He was totally surprised by my answer.
Keifer : Really?
Jay : Yes, now my turn. Truth or Dare.
Keifer : Truth.
Jay : Whisper in my ear the boldest thought you had about me… but say it softly.
His eyes darkened a little. He moved closer, his lips near my ear and whispered.
Keifer : I thought about how you would look if you were only mine.
My breath stopped for a second. I hit his chest softly.
Jay : You're shameless.
He chuckled quietly.
Keifer : Now my turn, Truth or Dare.
Jay : Truth
Keifer : Is there anything about Section E… that you never told me?
My fingers tightened slightly. For a moment, I thought about staying silent. But this was Truth. And he told me the truth about the plan. So I should tell him too. I know, I promised kit that I'll not tell anyone about them. But I think, keifer should know about that as he is the class president and also their friend.
I took a small breath.
Jay : Yes...there is something.
He became serious immediately.
Keifer : What is it?
Jay : You promise me, you won't get angry?
He looked confused.
Keifer : I promise.
Jay : Kit and mayo...they're in a relationship. They like each other, not just like friends.I found out by accident. They didn't tell many people.
He leaned back slightly, thinking.
Keifer : So, that's why they disappear sometimes together.
I nodded.
Jay : But...there is more. Before that promise me, you'll not do anything to kit.
Keifer : Okay, i promise. Now, tell me.
I took a deep breath.
Jay : Kit....tried to..kiss me.
His jaw tightened. His hands clenched slightly.
Jay : Keif, I stopped him, he didn't even feel for me.
He was silent, too silent.
Jay : Keif, i didn't tell you before… because I didn't want problems between Section E.
I looked at myself hands.
Jay : I'm sorry, I should have told you earlier but I thought you'll get mad.
My voice cracked at my last words.
I was on the verge of crying. Then, keifer took my hands in his and said softly.
Keifer : Jay, you didn't do anything wrong. I'm not mad at you, but if he or anyone ever tries to do anything.....tell me first.
I nodded and hugged him tightly.
Keifer : Now, your turn and I'm choosing Truth.
Jay : Who was your first kiss?
Keifer smiled at me and leaned closer.
Keifer : Of course you, baby!
I smiled at him.
Keifer : Truth or Dare.
Jay : Dare.
I said confidently.
Keifer : Sit on my lap until we reach Manila.
My eyes widened. This gago never misses a chance like this.
Jay : Keif, section e is here!
He shrugged.
Keifer : You said dare.
I looked around. Everyone looked asleep. Slowly… carefully… I shifted and sat on his lap. My heart was beating so fast I thought he could hear it. His hands rested gently on my waist. Not tight. Just holding.
Keifer : Now, take rest for some time. But before that....
He leaned closer and kissed me. Soft at first. Slow and careful. I closed my eyes without thinking. His hand held my back and pulled me closer.
I held his shirt tight. The kiss became deeper, warmer and more stronger. I felt like the whole world became quiet. There was no space between us now. I could feel his breath, his warmth, everything. My fingers moved to his shoulder as I leaned into him more. I didn't want to pull away. Not yet. Not now. It felt long. Longer than I expected.
When we finally stopped, I stayed close to him, my forehead almost touching his. I was breathing fast. My face felt hot. I didn't look at him. I just stayed there.
Then, he kissed my forehead, his arms wrapped around my waist. Slowly, I rested my head on his shoulder. My eyes felt heavy.
The bus was moving quietly, and the small shaking made me more sleepy. He didn't say anything. He just stayed still, like he didn't want to disturb me.
I could feel his hand on my back, gentle and warm. It made me feel safe. I held his shirt lightly and closed my eyes.
Everything felt calm. My breathing became slow and my mind became quiet.
Soon, I started drifting to sleep.His shoulder felt comfortable. Like it was the right place for me. I didn't know if he was still awake. But I knew one thing. With him near me, I was not scared. And before I knew it, I fell asleep.
