Rimazu asked, "Isn't there another way?"
Taga replied, "I'm your master, and what I say is final."
Abraham asked, "I wanna know how we did it in one day."
Taga sighed and said, "We dwarfs take longer to get stronger due to our genetics and short stature. I mean, we're only three feet tall, but we make up for that with our lifespans. We can live up to eight centuries."
Everyone said, "WOAHH!"
Taga continued, "But not a lot of us make it past the fourth century."
Benjamin asked, "So, how old are you?"
Taga sighed and said, "I'm 632 years old."
Sulaiman chuckled. "You know, if you had said that two years from now, it would've been funny."
Ryo said, "Oh, because we're in the year 630?"
Sulaiman smiled. "You get me, big brother."
Ryo, while holding Ruqayya's hand, asked, "Get you where?"
Ruqayya giggled.
Ryo looked at her. "What?"
Ruqayya smiled. "Nothing."
Taga said, "Alright, now that I'm done speaking, get into your fighting positions."
Benjamin asked, "But why?"
Taga rolled his eyes. "Look, kid, it takes us dwarfs nine years to make the tree fall. Once that happens, during the last year, you have to fight for your survival, with the opponent being chosen by your master. And before any of you ask, it takes ten years for us dwarfs to master the way of our weapons. But since you guys did it in a day, today is your last day of training. Now, enough talking."
Taga widened his eyes.
"Phase 1."
He released his pink Raiki.
"Descending Presence."
Rimazu, Benjamin, and Abraham felt the immense power coming from him.
They all looked at each other.
"FINE, WE'LL FIGHT!"
Taga stopped, and the pink Raiki disappeared.
"Now, begin."
Rimazu said, "No hard feelings, Benjamin."
He went for the attack, swinging his axe and aiming for Benjamin's shoulder.
Benjamin dodged and moved behind Abraham, who was to his right. He tried to swing his axe across Abraham's back.
Abraham blocked the axe by placing his spear behind his back, protecting himself.
They all scattered from each other, standing across from one another.
Ryo looked at them and said, "Whoa, it looks like a triangle of doom."
Zain looked at Taga and said, "You better know what you're doing."
Taga smiled.
"Don't worry, and enjoy what you're about to see."
