Chapter 1 - chapter 2:-Beyond the Broken steps

Aarav was born on a quiet morning in a small Indian town. The doctor's words were soft, but their meaning was heavy. His legs were weak, and he would never walk like other children. His parents smiled for the world, but cried in silence at night.

As Aarav grew, the difference became clear. Other children ran across dusty playgrounds, their laughter filling the air. Aarav sat on a broken bench, watching their shadows move faster than his dreams. Some children were kind, but many were cruel. They called him names, pushed his walking stick, and laughed when he fell.

School was no easier. Teachers praised his handwriting but lowered their expectations. "Just pass your exams," they said. "Life will be difficult for you." Aarav nodded, but inside, something burned. He did not want pity. He wanted respect.

One afternoon, during a school event, Aarav was asked to give a short speech. As he slowly made his way to the stage, a boy whispered loudly, "Why is he even trying?" The crowd laughed. Aarav's hands trembled, and for a moment, he wanted to turn back.

But then he saw his mother standing at the corner. Her eyes were tired, but full of belief. That look gave him strength.

Aarav spoke about dreams. He spoke about falling and standing up again, even when your legs fail you. His voice shook, but his words were strong. When he finished, the hall was silent. Then, slowly, applause filled the room.

That day did not change the world. People still stared. Life was still hard. But Aarav had changed.

He began studying harder, spending long nights with books when his body demanded rest. Years passed, and Aarav became a writer. Through his words, he spoke for those who were never heard. His stories reached thousands, reminding them that strength is not always visible.

When people asked Aarav how he succeeded despite his disability, he smiled and said, "My body was broken, not my will."

Aarav never ran on playgrounds, but he walked far in life. And in doing so, he taught the world a simple truth — a strong soul needs no perfect body.
