Vincenzo Selarno glared at me, eyes red like he'd smoked a joint before coming here.
"Sit."
I wasn't asking him. I was telling him what to fucking do.
He didn't.
I straightened, unfazed by the gun in his hand.
"I'm not sure you've seen the suicide video of your friend, Mayor Philip."
His facial muscles hardened; hard lines appeared on his face.
Vincenzo had only walked in here unharmed because I'd instructed my men to let him.
I knew he'd come.
I'd expected the impatient dog to come running to me for bones.
"You. Killed. A. Mayor. And. You. Burned. My. Products," he roared. "You should be behind bars."
I smiled. "Someone finally thinks about prison. Guess I made a good choice then." I turned around with a slight frown. "Because finally, here you are… uninvited. Inside my conference room."
Vincenzo's nostrils flared. "Who the fuck cares about your fucking conference room, huh?"
