"This one is from me," Elliot said softly, resting his chin lazily against his hand while watching my reaction.
I stared at the black card in my palm, slightly stunned. "You're giving me a card?"
His sharp brows lifted faintly, affection glowing openly in his dark eyes. "It's a limitless card," he explained calmly. "Use it however you want."
For a moment, my breath caught.
Those words alone were probably enough to make countless women lose their minds. Even my wolf instincts reacted instinctively to the overwhelming sense of protection and possession hidden beneath his tone.
I couldn't stop the smile tugging at my lips.
Trying to hide my embarrassment, I quickly picked up the second gift instead. "Then… this one is from Grandma?" I asked.
"Open it and see."
Even Elliot looked curious now. Apparently, Harriet hadn't told him what she prepared either.
