At exactly 2:17 a.m., Aarohi's phone vibrated.

The phone stopped ringing before she could answer. She sat up, breathing fast, staring at the screen like it might explode.
It's a glitch, she told herself.

Her hands trembled. Rohan's number had been switched off since the accident. She had personally watched his phone being sealed by the police.
