The moon shone bright in the sky and the owls hooted.My heart raced as I ran past the trees,i felt the urge to shift and run wild but i had other plans.
As the youngest daughter of the pack's leader alpha Lucian and beta Lucinda ,I was expected to be a perfect and flawless little wolf but i found that too boring.while others were busy worrying about finding a "mate" all I wanted was to leave and explore the unknown and tonight I finally got the chance.
My parents and the rest of the packs were busy preparing for the the grand ball organized by my parents to help me find a suitor .i thought it was necessary I was just 20 why the rush I know it was common for girls to find their mate before they turned 18 but I guess I was different.Everyone thought that the grand ball was exactly what I needed since I was the first girl in my pack who hadn't found a mate at this age.I wowed never to fall in love but like momma always said "I was just fooling around "
But I'd already made up my mind .Even if my mate showed up I would reject him,then maybe runaway,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
