" Good morning. She said to her grandma " Good morning her grandma replied. " Mitsuha you're late " said her sister "I will make breakfast tomorrow" replied Mitsuha serving her potion of food .
Staring at her, her grandma said "well you're normal today" "What? She asked confused "you were nuts yesterday" her sister replied
" What are you talking about?" She asked confused
Getting dressed for school, she tied her hair with her usual red hair tie, "Were going now" the both girls said to their grandma,. "Study hard" she said to her sister before parting ways. "Mitsuha" her friend called. "Morning Sayaka and Tessie.
" Morning " They both replied
"Get off" Sayaka said to Tessie from his bicycle. "Why meanie" Tessie replied. "You're heavy" Sayaka said "That's rude" Tessie replied. Smiling and walking off Mitsuha said. "You two get along so well"
"We do not" They both said " Your hair looks alright today". Tessie said to Mitsuha " What? Mitsuha asked " Yeah did your grandma exorcise you?" Sayaka asked " Exorcise? " Mitsuha asked . " You were totally possessed yesterday! Sayaka replied.
" Cut out the occultism Mitsuha is just stressed right " Tessie replied. " Huh what are you talking about " Mitsuha asked confused. " You don't remember " Sayaka asked. From a microphone "and above all restoring the town fiscal health to continue it's revitalization project ! only when this are achieved, can safe and secure community be created! as the incumbent mayor" ... Said the mayor (Mitsuha dad) from a microphone

" Morning " They greeted their fellow classmates from the crowd" So the Mayor's kid and contractors kid gets along too,EW" replied one among the other students while laughing.
Walking off with her friends "Mitsuha" gasping in shock she looked towards her dad the mayor. "Stand up straight" he shouted at her. "he's strict with his family" "I'm impressed" " so embarrassing, sucks to be her" The crowd whispered.
" In front of everybody " Mitsuha whispered angry .
Writing on her note in her classroom, she saw an unfamiliar writing which says" Who are you " shocked she stared at it with wide eyes. "Mitsuha" her teacher called "yes" she replied standing up " oh you remembered your name today". Her teacher said making the whole class laugh.
After the class she had to ask her friend's about yesterday " you don't remember" Tessie asked " yesterday you forgot where your desk and locker were " Tessie replied " you had a bed hair and no ribbon " she continued. " What no way, really?" Mitsuha screamed in shock. " It was like you had amnesia " Tessie continued.
"Well, I do feel like I have been in a strange dream lately... Mitsuha said "A dream about someone else life,I can't remember clearly she continued?. "Oh Tessie did you write that in my notebook? Mitsuha asked " huh " Tessie and Sayaka asked confused.
" But mitsuha, you really were a bit weird yesterday" Tessie said " You have been feeling alright " she asked. " That's so strange I feel fine " Mitsuha replied." Maybe it's stress, that ritual is coming up ,ins it? Tessie asked. " Oh don't remind me" Mitsuha whined . "I can't stand this town any more" mitsuha said.
" It's too small and close knit , I want to graduate and go to Tokyo." Mitsuha continued. " I don't blame you there's really nothing in this town " Tessie replied. Walking home they kept murmuring" train comes every two hours, the store closes around 9 pm, no book store, no dentist, no jobs " they kept whining.
" Give me a break " Sayaka suddenly snapped, " what?" they both replied . "I mean how about we stop by a cafe? He asked" What cafe,where " both girls screamed excitedly .
Sayaka and Tessie sat on a bench close to an old vending machine " this is a cafe?" Tessie asked annoyed. " You know there is no cafe " Sayaka replied. " Mitsuha just left, things must be really rough for her" Tessie said. " Well she takes center stage " Sayaka replied." "Sayaka what will you do when you graduate" asked Tessie " What's this you're asking about my future? " he asked " well nothing special, I will probably keep on living a normal life in this town" he answered.
Mitsuha sat down knitting with her grandma and sister " I 'd rather do that too" said her sister complaining about her role, " You're not ready yet yotsuha , listen to the thread voice" replied the grandma. " When you keep twinning like that, emotions will eventually start flowing between you and the thread. " Grandma continued .
Huffing Yotsuha replied" thread don't talk " " she meant concentrate" Mitsuha said. In Sayaka's resident sat his father the contractor and mitsuha's father the mayor , having a toast "I am counting on your help again" said the mayor. " Leave it to me you will get votes from the kadoiri and sakagami districts " replied the contractor .
" I smell corruption " murmured Sayaka from inside. " Don't be ridiculous " replied his mom. " Hey bring us more hot sake " said the contractor to his wife entering the room.
"Katsuhiko, work on site this weekend, learn how to use explosive. Said the contractor to his son Sayaka.
But Sayaka remained silent. "Can't you hear me " he raised his voice " Yes " Sayaka replied with the same tone.
Walking to his opened window, he sat there staring at Mitsuha resident" we both have it rough don't we?" he murmured.
In the Mitsuha resident , Mitsuha and her sister Yotsuha are seen dancing and performing a ritual, while the crowd watch , Including her friends.
They place a little rice in their mouth " it's the oldest sake in the world, by chowing on rice, spiting it out and letting it ferment, it becomes alcohol". Murmured the crowd " Do the good's appreciate sake made that way " asked Tessie from the crowd to Sayaka.
"Of course they do " replied Sayaka.
"Oh I could never do that isn't she embarrassed" murmured their classmates from before, cringing to Mitsuha spiting out the chewed rice.
"Cheer up, Mitsuha who cares if few of your classmates saw you?" Said Yotsuha after the ritual. " I envy your pre-pubescent lack of concern. Replied Mitsuha.
" I hate this town, I hate this life! Please make me a handsome Tokyo boy in the next life". Screamed Mitsuha to the shooting star.
Huffing" What a fool " murmured Yotsuha.
(Phone ringing)
Mitsuha woke up in a strange room, in a strange city, with a strange guy staring back at me in the mirror... it was Taki's face! She was in his body, and he was in hers,she screamed.
Phone ringing ( From Tsukasa run you're late) " what? Who's it from Tsukasa who?
Coming out of the house after dressing up Mitsuha couldn't believe her eyes, the bright and beautiful city staring back at her . Walking down the street she shouted "I'm in Tokyo"

Student chatting happily in the classroom."Taki " some one said the name of the boy she resides in while placing their hand on his shoulder.
" Ha" he screeched in fear staring at the other male " Arriving at noon huh, let's eat lunch" the other boy said, dragging him along.
" You ignored my calls" the boy continued " "Oh Tsukasa?"
Sitting down with Tsukasa and another male , Tsukasa asked " You got lost ? How could you get lost on your way to school?.
" Uh ...well ... I ... feminine" he starmed " feminine? Tsukasa asked , um I was enjoying myself, it's so festive and all in Tokyo " he corrected .
" Taki where's your lunch? the other male asked
Ee he screamed why looking at his lap,
"Geez , are you half asleep" they asked .
Before giving him half of their food each." ah Thank you" he said.
Let's go to cafe " Tsukasa said. You coming Taki " What ? What? What? Cafe ? " Taki shouted surprised .
Message delivered, checking his phone he said" what should I do I am late for work ? Your shift is today go then they said" standing up " um where do I work he asked? "What? They asked shocked .
Rushing there he got confused and and anxious why serving customer, which they complained about . " Ah when will this dream end " he whined .
" There was a toothpick in the pizza " a customer said to him, " good thing I noticed what do you have to say ?he asked Taki.
" But .. there are no toothpick in an Italian restaurants .. Taki replied confused. " What screamed the man.
" Excuse me is everything okay" said another female waitress gently pushing Taki aside. "I'll handle this "she whispered toTaki.
Another waiter came and pulled Taki along with him " What's wrong with you today? " He asked Taki.
