#World Basics

1. Hollow Earth

The world is hollow, with 10 km from surface to ceiling above, and the same distance below. This hollow space is called the Void, a dark, contained ecosystem.

Sky: pale grey, heavy, filtered through the spires and towers of kingdoms—like a Gothic Dark Souls setting.

Fauna: no animals exist here. The ecosystem functions differently: plants, rivers, mountains, plains, and forests exist naturally, but monsters or magical entities replace normal fauna.

2. Civilization & Technology

Humans have adapted to life within the kingdoms: trains and rail systems connect major cities and kingdoms, serving as the main mode of long-distance travel. Markets, guild halls, and inns operate normally—citizens live a structured, disciplined life.

Technology and magic coexist seamlessly: Viora energy powers lights, communication networks, trains, and other systems. Citizens rarely venture beyond the walls, except on official quests, sanctioned expeditions, or monster hunts.

Infrastructure: most bridges, towers, and roads are built from rare, extremely durable ores, making them resistant to monster attacks and time.

3. Kingdoms & Structure

Six kingdoms, arranged in a hexagonal pattern, are surrounded by giant walls for defense.

Centre Country: RELIQUARY, emits a golden beacon connecting with the other five kingdom beacons, lighting the Void World. Distance between kingdoms: ~1000 km. Kingdoms enforce strict rules: citizens are restricted to walls except for sanctioned missions.

4. Zones Beyond the Walls

Zone Distance Danger Level Safe Zone 0–200 km Few monsters; relatively safe Dangerous Zone 200–500 km Monsters common; ordinary humans struggle Beyond Map 500+ km Monsters ~10× human strength; only Diamond-ranked, Odyssey, or royalty can survive

Beyond Map is littered with ruins of unknown origin—crumbling castles, towers, temples, and remnants of civilizations that predate the kingdoms. Their creators, and the purpose of the structures, remain a mystery to be revealed in future chapters. Some trees here glow faintly—they're rumored to create monsters, but the truth is hidden Yet.

5. Daily Life

Citizens adapt like a normal world, but life is heavier, organized, and disciplined:

Guilds manage commerce, missions, and monster extraction. Transportation: trains, public systems. Markets operate silently, efficiently. Light comes from beacons and magical illumination—no sun or moon exists.
