Inside his sea of consciousness, the change was even more dramatic. His second sun, which had remained a hollow, transparent orb for so long, was now greedily drinking in the calamity lightning.
Unlike the first sun, which burned with steady golden Sunfyre flames, this new star began to pulse with a violent crimson light. These jagged streaks of crimson lightning were violent and alive, looking like a tangled web of blood-red veins pulsing with pure destructive power.
