"Yeah."
"Hehe! Guess all that time I spent doing my makeup before coming here paid off!"
Issei went silent, grumbling to himself.
'Wait, isn't this an emergency? How did you even have time to do your makeup?!'
"So, you're here too?" A young man with a super relaxed vibe showed up behind Irina. It was Dulio, Heaven's Joker.
"After getting personally invited by a messenger from the Devil King, no way I'd skip this."
"Hehe, fair enough." Dulio chuckled lightly.
Issei looked around like he was searching for someone. Noticing that, Dulio spoke up.
"Tobio-kun's not coming. Looks like he's busy dealing with something in the human world."
Issei narrowed his eyes.
"The human world? Don't tell me it's connected to what's going on here?"
Dulio's expression turned serious.
"Yeah, there's a pretty good chance. We can't ignore it."
Issei swallowed and nodded with a serious look.
Sensing he was getting in the way of Issei and Irina, Dulio smirked and quietly left.
With Dulio gone, Irina instantly seemed more cheerful. Noticing the shift, Issei smiled faintly and took her small hand.
"Issei-kun?"
"Not allowed?"
"Who said that? It's just… kinda sudden."
"...I just wanted to hold hands with my cute, pretty, and sweet childhood friend. Is that so wrong?"

Irina blushed bright red and lowered her head shyly. She looked so adorable that Issei almost reached out to pinch her cheeks.
But before he could, a sharp, cold gaze stopped him.
When he turned around, he froze—two beautiful figures who shouldn't be here stood there: Luminous and Hinata.
Hinata stood slightly behind Luminous, calmly watching Issei. Luminous, meanwhile, looked a bit scary, forcing a smile.
"Who are you two?" Irina asked.
"Let me introduce myself. I'm Luminous Valentine, a Demon Lord from another world."
"Hinata Sakaguchi. I'm Luminous-sama's guard."
"A Demon Lord from another world?" Irina glanced at Issei, and he nodded.
"Hee… I'm Irina Shidou, a Reincarnated Angel and Michael-sama's Ace."
"Michael? The Archangel?" Hinata asked, curious.
"You know Michael-sama?"
"Not really. I just know the name—I'm originally from Earth."
"What do you mean?" Irina tilted her head, looking cute despite her confusion.
"I'll explain later. For now, let's go inside. The others are waiting. You two as well, Luminous, Hinata."
"Hmph!" Luminous snorted.
Behind her, Hinata let out a dry laugh.
The four of them entered the room. Inside, top figures from the Three Factions were already there, along with representatives from Norse Mythology and Mt. Meru.
The Norse representative was Odin. His eyes lit up the moment he saw Hinata and Luminous. As expected, the old man was a total perv.
Issei immediately went on guard, making sure the old guy wouldn't try any "accidental" peeking again.
On the other side, the representative from Mt. Meru stood out. He was tall, muscular, and had the vibe of a street thug—none other than Indra.
"Hahaha! Not bad, Red Dragon Emperor." A cold grin spread across Indra's face.
"Thank you, Indra-sama."
Even though Issei didn't want anything to do with him, he still had to be polite—not just for himself, but also for his brother-in-law, Sirzechs Lucifer.
"Looks like everyone's here. Let's start," Sirzechs said calmly as the host.
Indra stayed silent, just observing.
Even with his Ultimate-class power and being among the top ten strongest, he couldn't ignore Sirzechs.
And with Ajuka sitting right beside him, Indra knew better than to act carelessly.
Noticing Indra's caution, Issei felt a bit relieved. At least he wouldn't act up with Sirzechs and Ajuka around.
The discussion moved quickly, focusing on how to deal with a group that might be even more troublesome than the Khaos Brigade. As a Longinus user and one of the strongest young devils, Issei—along with Dulio—became the center of attention.
"Based on what we discussed, we'll actively track them down. Issei and Dulio will lead the squads being formed. Any objections?" Sirzechs asked, looking around before turning to Odin and Indra.
"No problem here. They're capable," Odin replied casually.
"Same here. At least they're better than Cao Cao," Indra said flatly.
Sirzechs nodded.
"Issei-kun, Dulio-kun, what do you think?"
"If you trust me, I'll make sure I live up to it," Issei answered.
"Same here," Dulio added.
"Good. Now let's decide the team divisions."
