Chapter 1 - The Crimson Moon & Under the Crimson Moon

Gruyères was a small medieval town—not a grand city, but a place rich with history. At its heart stood an ancient castle, and the entire region was wrapped in a timeless medieval atmosphere. Narrow stone roads and winding alleys gave the town its unique charm. On nights of the full moon, these paths looked strangely beautiful, as if touched by magic.

However, there was one place everyone avoided.

An enormous, abandoned mansion known as Fang Villa.

Deep into the night, an unnatural silence spread inside the villa, and a faint crimson glow flickered through its broken windows. Those who dared to enter the place on a full-moon night claimed to witness the moon turning blood-red in the sky.

And whoever saw that red moon…

Was found dead the next morning—his body drenched in blood.

From that day onward, the townspeople began to call it

"The Crimson Moon."

The night was eerily silent.

Nick Lister noticed everything.

Curiosity burned inside him, pulling him toward the truth behind the strange rumors. That curiosity led him straight into the dark streets of Gruyères.

The roads were damp, reflecting dim lights that danced with faint shadows. The old stone walls seemed to whisper silent screams, and from the empty windows of deserted houses, strange shadows stared back at him. With every step, the silence around him grew heavier, thicker.

Suddenly, a sound echoed from a distant alley.

Soft… yet unmistakable—like someone calling his name.

Nick stopped.

He knew it then—someone, or something, had sensed his presence. Secrets lay hidden in every corner of the town, waiting for him. His heartbeat quickened, and deep inside, he realized one terrifying truth:

Once you enter this city, leaving is never easy.

Steeling his resolve, Nick moved forward.

Step by step, he reached the massive mansion standing at the edge of the town—

Fang Villa.

He looked around but saw no one.

Then, slowly…

The door of Fang Villa began to open on its own.

Nick assumed someone inside was inviting him in—after all, he had no idea that no one had lived there for years.

Suddenly—
