Another sly smile. The wind drifts in his hair. "I could make it a pleasant experience for you. I'm well aware of your dislike for chains, but with the right use, I could make you feel things you never have."
His voice is deep and his words are shaped in a seductive purr, and I feel it all the way to my core, my toes curling without my permission.
"If you keep talking, you might find my fork very well merged with your left eye."
"There you go making me excited again," he murmurs, flashing me a sharp-toothed grin.
I swallow the urge to say something ugly. It was surprising enough that he agreed to listen to my conditions in the first place. In this tedious situation between us, he held more power over me than I did, enough to clasp me in chains again if he wanted to--I mean, he has Ren--but his current disposition is making me reconsider that little detail.
