The second exam takes place in Konoha's Forest of Death. It's a brutal exam where teams fight for Heaven and Earth Scrolls, eliminating more than half of the participants. They even have to sign a life and death waiver before the exam because people really could die.
The exam begins, and Kano's trio enters the Forest of Death. Unlike other teams who start by sprinting toward the finish line, they sit down to rest right at the starting point.
"Question! What is the most important thing in this exam?"
"I know! I know!" Naruto raised both hands to answer. "It's the scrolls! As long as we have the Heaven and Earth Scrolls, we can pass the exam!"

The Transformation Jutsu dispelled, revealing a yellow-skinned Hidden Rain Village Ninja. Since only Kano and Sasuke were present without that naive fellow Naruto, the two of them started with lethal attacks.
One used a shadow to control the enemy unexpectedly, while the other launched a direct assault. No nonsense, just a direct kill.
