The incident that occurred 82 years ago caused a rise in sea levels all over the world.

Antarctica is covered by ice roughly 2 to 4 kilometers thick in its interior.When the astroid caused massive impact by punching through the ice and shatter the crust below. This asteroid vaporized a huge portion of this ice sheet and rapidly melted massive volumes of it
. Thus dumping an enormous surge of water into the Southern Ocean .
Coastal cities and low-lying island nations worldwide were inundated by immense tsunamis and catastrophic increase in sea-level around the globe.
The space rock and billions of tons of ice and bedrock turned superheated plasma and gas.
It was a global extinction-level catastrophe far exceeding the Chicxulub impact that killed the dinosaurs.
The collision unleashed extreme global seismic activity, equivalent to a magnitude 12+ earthquake that shaked the entire planet and triggered widespread volcanic and tectonic disruptions.
The world was in chaos.
The planet plunged into a severe impact winter with plummeting global temperatures, followed later by a runaway greenhouse effect as carbon dioxide and water vapor lingered in the air.
Billions of tons of pulverized rock, ice, and atmospheric dust was shoved into the upper atmosphere, blocking out the sun completely .

The world was doomed . But as if estimating an event like this. The elites of the world already created bunkers all around the world .
All the top-brass the millionaires, billionaires , politicians and some elite families went into this bunkers.

The Government all around the world signed a joined agreement legalizing this superheroes. The agreement consisted of rules that every superhero must follow. Those who violate this rules will be trialed .
The All-World-Hero-Organization (AWHO) was
formed under the joint initiative of the Governments to protect the world from future calamities.
This organization consisted of Association president who was elected by the people around the world .The organization was not to be taken orders from any government and also should not interfere in national disputes between countries. Their sole duty was to protect humanity and guide it to survive this calamity. Or else it will be abolished.
However, it also served as a chain to restrain heroes, preventing them from running rampant or developing a god complex because of their superpowers.
But what they feared eventually became reality.
Some individuals, for personal reasons, began forming organizations and committing heinous crimes.
These individuals were labelled Anti-Heroes.
The heroes registered under the AWHO were tasked with fighting these individuals and bringing them to justice, while being prohibited from killing them.
These Anit-heros were sent into AWHO .
These people were judged by the organization.
This rule was established to prevent heroes from levelling the surrounding area while chasing their targets.
These individuals were later sent to the All-Hell-World Prison, where they awaited their trials.
Thus, for over 50 years, humanity followed a typical comic-book storyline, much like Marvel or DC.
However, these superpowers gave people the ambition to explore space and due to lack of resources present on Earth it was became an obvious choice .
As a result, numerous missions were carried out to colonize the entire Solar System.
Thanks to these mysterious powers, humanity was able to conquer the Moon, Mars, and many asteroids containing rare minerals.
But who would have thought that, due to their curiosity about space, humanity would attract the attention of Otherworlders (Aliens)?
These aliens, known as the Lizardians, were a shapeshifting species that came from a nearby solar system whose star had reached the end of its lifespan.
In their pursuit of a new solar system to inhabit, they discovered Earth.
The asteroid attack on Antarctica had been their doing.
Using their technology, they created a space rift in front of the asteroid, which was located very far away from Earth, and caused it to pass through the rift. The other end of the rift was Earth.
They precisely targeted Antarctica to raise sea levels because they were amphibians.
They could have fought humanity directly , instead they wanted to watch humanity despair as a form of entertainment.
After carrying out the attack, they began preparing to inhabit the Solar System. Before doing so, they researched the space beyond the Main Asteroid Belt in search of interesting discoveries.
However, they never expected that the asteroid that struck Antarctica would cause a ripple effect in their plans and thus making humanity into a force not to be trifled with .
When the Lizardians discovered this, they launched a GreatSpace War against humanity to become the Overlords of the humanity's Solar system.
This Great Space War plunged humanity into another crises .
